"The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel design is a bit cramped, no There are stairs that can be used by the general public in place of the elevator. There were only two elevators during my stay and one of them was broken. The hotel was overcrowded so there was a queue for the elevator. The front desk staff asked me to access the stairwell through the administrative area, which is poor building design. In addition, there are almost no parking spaces inside. The underground parking lot is very small and tends to be full, so I had to park in a nearby parking lot. field. Interestingly, the daily rate is much cheaper than in a hotel…"

"I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!"

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. The basic accommodation conditions of Four Seasons, such as quilts, pillows, air conditioning, bathroom, spacious rooms, etc., are beyond doubt and must be excellent and reliable. There is a high-quality Japanese restaurant downstairs, which is modern. The SPA is very good. The only thing that is not as good as the old Four Seasons Hotel in Boston is that the room is just very modern, without any style."

"Opposite Boston Park. Close to Chinatown. The hotel is low-key, but low-key luxury. The snack room on each floor is super considerate, but there is no kettle, so you can't make tea. You can buy some hot tea in the coffee shop in the lobby, but there is a time limit and the room is relatively small. It is also expensive in this season"
