The location is right next to Huada It takes 10 minutes to walk to the west gate of Huada University of Science and Technology. There is a self-service laundry. Washing and drying are 5 yuan. There is a H mart nearby Direct access to the Airport Light Rail, 3 stops to Pike Place Market

We have stayed here before and it was good as always! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great for easy access onto the I5 and taking transit into downtown or UW campus etc. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was average - there were some allergy alternatives prepared in the back, just have to ask. Breakfast could have healthier options. Our safe didn’t work but the Wi-Fi worked well and the mini-fridge and microwave were nice to have.

We have stayed in this gem of a hotel at least five times now, and it is consistently excellent. Seattle offers many lodging options, and this hotel has become our favorite. We love this small chain and have stayed in nearly all of them. This Seattle hotel is the jewel in the crown as far as we're concerned, not necessarily because it is the most fancy but because the staff always go out of their way to make the experience a genuinely welcoming one. The pineapple theme is charming, and this particular hotel layers in a fun 60s theme that is upbeat and nicely done. The rooms and lobby are always immaculate, the bedding among the most comfortable of any upper-end hotels, the amenities are appealing without being pretentious. Self-Parking is safe and easy on the premises, creative snacks are offered at the desk, and the rates are among the most affordable for an area that is often challenging. We hope that someday they are able to bring back their breakfast and cute bar. The staff is consistently helpful, genuinely warm, and consummately professional, going out of their way to find ways of making our stay memorable. This particular University Inn managed to do this even in the worst days of the pandemic lockdown when we had to be in the area for serious reasons. We really appreciate the kindness and high quality that the management of this hotel manages to find in exceptional caliber of its hotel staff, especially at a time when so many organizations are struggling to keep even minimum staffing levels. Thank you Staypineapple University Inn! We look forward to coming back whenever possible!

Overall, it was a very satisfied hotel. The bedding was very comfortable. I probably lived in the most comfortable bed and bedding in the United States. The various items in the room have the hotel's pineapple logo, which is very delicate and beautiful. Overall it is a very favorite hotel. The only bad thing is that this hotel will charge an additional 150/day amenity fee. This is the first time I have lived in all the hotels. The amenity is not a special amenity. What's the fruit, and I didn't know it was charged before I checked out. Based on this, probably will not consider this hotel chain in the future.

A direct road from the city center, will come to live next time, the hotel has refurbished, health is good, nearby is the local auto parts city, play tired go back to sleep. Next time Seattle, I will choose this one.

It's hard to rate a motel like this. If I rate it alongside the upscale motels in Seattle with all kinds of amenities, I'd give this motel one star. If I rated it as a motel that cuts all the fat off a luxury stay and just offers you the least amenities for the lowest price, I would give this motel 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. There was no breakfast, but there was coffee in your room, and in the lobby, and that's it.

Great place: excellent location, very clean and nice set up. Good value for the price.

Pros: The suites with kitchen are suitable for families, breakfast is more abundant, there is a free simple American dinner from Monday to Wednesday, and there is a shuttle bus to downtown Seattle and the market around the hotel. 10 minutes drive to Gas Park, UW, Kerry Park; Disadvantages: There are no restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It is best to have a car or use the hotel shuttle to travel. The room too close to the main road is very noisy.

The good - The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. It is close to shopping and other amenities which is nice, and was reasonably priced for being in town. They have done a pretty good job of cleaning up and updating an old motel to help it look nice and make it more welcoming, but it's still an old building. The grab and go breakfast was surprisingly better than I thought it would be and managed very well. Again, the staff does a great job! The not so good - The mattresses on both beds were squeaky so that every time you moved or even sat down they made noise. The location is ok, but there are homeless camps near the back fence of the rear parking area and by the highway that are visible from the outer walkways. This means folks milling around in front and back of the hotel. We also had problems with the odor of marijuana drifting into the room from the air conditioner so that we had to turn it off a few times, and through the bathroom vent so that we had to turn it on to clear the smell. Overall it's probably not a place that I would stay for vacation with the whole family, but on this occasion it served our purpose and I think it's pretty typical of most of the older hotels in Seattle. I am not sure where the ”Signiture Collection” designation comes from or that it helps when reviewing this hotel. For me it seemed to underperform the title, so had it been more reasonably listed as ”Sure Stay” I think I would have had a better idea of what to actually expect from the hotel when we stayed. In the end the stay was fine, and the staff is great, but there is a reason we typically stay outside of the city.

We chose this place due to the price and proximity to the UW Medical center where my wife spent some time. Started with a room that had a shared bathroom which was fine. Bathroom and showers were very clean. Moved to a room with a private bath after 4 nights which was more our speed. The location is great for all things UW. We really enjoyed the Loft upstairs. A nice lounge with pretty full kitchen, communal fridges big tables and the coffee and tea were always on and well stocked. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Try to avoid the rooms on University Way if you can. Very noisy with buses, cars and trucks. Normally we’d choose an Airbnb over a hotel but having the kitchen was great. Lots of dining options all around. University Village is only a mile walk.
