"The boss was very generous. He changed our room for free after mentioning the renovations next door. Of course, the renovations next door were not the boss's problem. The decoration of the hotel is very artistic and exquisite, with an outdoor pavilion and a bistro-style corner in the lobby on the first floor, where a guitar and a pile of books are placed. The room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, and various unique ornaments are hung on the walls. It can be seen that the hotel is run with love. In addition, two peacocks, a male and a female, were kept in a large cage. (The picture shows the hotel’s perspective, you can see the sunset on the lake, and the buildings on both sides are other hotels)"

Fuxian Lake Wuluojia · Light Luxury Resort Hotel (Fuxian Lake Scenic Area Wetland Park Branch)

The weather was great during my visit, and the sunshine made everything beautiful. The butler service was also good, and the hot springs were quite enjoyable, though it was a bit hard to fill the tub. The accompanying refreshments were ordinary, and breakfast was simple, not a buffet. What I'd really like to see improved is the photo package: 4 unedited photos per room felt a bit stingy. When I went to a hotel in Guilin, they offered 5 edited photos per person, and it's a shame here that you can't even pay extra for edited photos. What left the deepest impression was the balcony door. The hotel acknowledged a design flaw where you can only close either the screen door or the glass door. The unclosed door would bang loudly in the wind, so we had to wedge a chair against it to avoid being disturbed while sleeping.

The balcony view of the room is very good, the front desk lady is beautiful and very nice, because the room can see the scenery, we don't want to go out, so the lady helped us to send afternoon tea to the room. The hotel's environmental decoration can be seen very carefully, it should be the most beautiful hotel nearby. So although the curtains in the room are a little flawed, but the flaws are not concealed.

Satisfaction: 82 points 1. The environment is good, the view of Fuxian Lake is beautiful, and it is even better to walk around. 2. The front desk attendant and the room attendant are the same person, and the service is relatively enthusiastic. 3. Vehicles and personnel must be registered before entering the hotel to increase safety. 4. Since breakfast does not start until 8:30, after coordination with the waiter, the chef will deliver the meal to the room at 7:40, and the variety is relatively complete and the taste is good. 5. Because it is inconvenient to find the hotel halfway up the mountain, I asked two people to point out the road. It is recommended to set up road signs at the entrance and turning point for easy finding. 6 The room settings are a bit old and the facilities are relatively few.
