Every detail of the homestay reflects the taste of the store and the online aesthetic, which is amazing! The service was super intimate, and the little girl took the initiative to help us carry the box. Breakfast is awesome! The rice noodles are delicious 😋, and the homemade snacks are really fragrant. The location is in the middle, in Guanglong Town, it is convenient to go to Ruichong Park, Star Fish Cave, Fossil Museum, Sun Bay, and Sakura Valley. I guess the boss is doing art. On May 16, there is Guiyi music playing 🎶 Unfortunately, we are going back to Kunming. Have the opportunity to come to Fuxian Lake and live in his house!

The rooms are clean, tidy, and cozy, with thoughtful details and soft, comfortable bedding for a restful sleep – a true cure for travel fatigue. The owner is warm and welcoming, patiently answering all your questions and even offering helpful recommendations for off-the-beaten-path experiences. Excellent value for money! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next family trip; it's already on my travel bucket list!

The entry is so calming. A nice open space with plants all around. The Chinese couple owning the Hotel were very sweet even though we couldn’t converse with them (they didn’t speak English and we can’t speak Chinese). They let us store our two bicycles in the house. The room is large and the bathroom is massive. There’s a bit of road noise with the windows open (on the second level). There’s no lift. They owner walked us to a neighbouring restaurant which was very nice. In the morning they both saw us off on our ride. 

We are American expats living in Hong Kong and came to Kunming area for our school’s Easter holiday. We cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel, located in a picturesque village along the northeastern coast of Fuxian Lake. Positives: 1. the location is AMAZING. The village itself feels very Mediterranean and houses over 30 boutique-style hotels. 2. This specific hotel has the most beautiful Chinese garden. My husband and I spent ample time just sitting in the garden chatting and looking at the beautiful flowers. They also have a basket swing our kids played on. 3. The design of the hotel is beautiful…..thatched roofing and wooden doors on the outside, reeded ceilings with wooden beams on the inside…..it all looked so warm and lovely. 4. Our specific room was a 2-level lake view family suite that had a terrace outside the upper level bedroom (which was the “master”). The view from this upper bedroom was so gorgeous….prime view of the lake. 5. The bathroom in our suite was modern and seemed to have some kind of heating fan over the shower area which was an added bonus. 6. The breakfast was traditional Chinese style. By this time, we were at the end of our trip and were a bit tired of rice noodles for breakfast (we are used to western-style breakfasts), but as soon as we tasted this hotel’s rice noodles, it was easy to forget we were tired of them. They were delicious! The owner also served us steamed milk and some kind of sweet steamed bread. It was all very tasty! Negatives: I truly do not have any. And I usually always have something I critique about hotels. But this place was truly a 5-star stay for us. It was gorgeous and the owner was so sweet.

Great location in a rural village and easy access to the lake for walking or cycling and to the fossil museum. Room was great, large, comfy and good view. Breakfast was terrible, the most basic I've ever had in China. The lady cooking tried to do a good job with limited means. I was also offered a lower floor at check in but in a much smaller room and with no terrace and at a lower price but without any money back but I refused it, definitely wasn't too windy for the upper floor.

If I visit Fuxian Lake next time, I'll definitely book this hotel again. It's absolutely beautiful! The front desk guy was very helpful. The hotel provided afternoon tea and lotus root starch in the evening. The room was clean and spacious. The back door led to a lotus pond, which would have been even more beautiful when the lotus flowers were in bloom.

The transportation is relatively convenient. It is just a short walk across from Moon Bay and not far from the Fossil Museum. The lady at the front desk is also very welcoming. The room is neat and clean. There is a large window that can see the whole view of Fuxian Lake. It is very beautiful. The bed is also very soft and comfortable. The lighting in the room is very soft. We also rent a car downstairs. It is also convenient for visiting the surrounding scenic spots. .

Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake.

Very friendly and helpful owner. We appreciated being able to store our bicycles inside overnight. Room was clean and adequately appointed. Check in procedure was a bit convoluted. After arriving at the property a sign outside directed us to a cafe located inside the scenic area which took a while to find. Not a deal breaker, just unnecessarily complicated.

This stay experience exceeded expectations. It is convenient to go out to eat and go to Fuxian Lake. It is also very close to Fuxian Lake. It can be walked for a few minutes. The first floor of the hotel is the restaurant. You can eat when you are lazy. The room is clean and the bed is sleeping. And the scenery outside the room is also good, you can see the beautiful Fuxian Lake, the front desk service is also thoughtful, and the hygiene and cleaning are also timely and intimate. The overall environment is quiet and the price is very high. I will continue to choose this one next time. I really recommend it. The first and second pictures are the scenery outside the room.
