All good, nice interior design and I like the elevator the most hahahaha. But I personally feel like the cleanliness can be improved. Overall it’s quite worthy.

The staff were very friendly. Even when I had a personal emergency, they were very professional in helping me with a solution. Thank you to all the team members who made my stay very welcome. definitely will return and recommend to everyone.

The hotel advertised a restaurant on site, yet there is no restaurant rather it's small area with a few seats and one large table. Two microwave and one coffee maker plus a vending machine. This area is also used by staff for meals and meetings, so you need to be prepared to be told to leave the area when staff decide to use the area or risk being shoved off to the side by staff when they decide to set up for their meals or to access their private kitchen area.

Disappointed experience. I stayed 4 night at this hotel. Bathroom was so dirty. No wifi for first 2 nights. Aircon was switched off at night time so the room was too stuffy and there was no fan in the room as well.At daytime I traveled around the city to explore all the attractions but when i got back to the hotel after drained out most of my energy ,I was told by receptionist that I can only use aircon in daytime.

Mildew, grime, mold, rust Around the tub is encrusted in black mold. The bidet does not reach the desired regions. The floors in the washroom are filthy. Tub has brown permanent stains inside. The walls are stained. All heating, ventilation, metal or edges have either rust, mildew, water stains or mold. I dont know what the health regulations are in this country regarding hotels but I doubt his hotel would pass the inspections. We modified the booking on trip.com Initially booked from the 24th -27th but ended up leavig and getting refunded on the 25th. Personally i dont mind if a place is small but if its dirty and unclean I dont feel like its worth my money. Sorry didnt take the time to take pics but im sure someone did. 0 out of 5

Bulkwang-dong Forest Hotel 1-night review Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable one-night stay at Bulkwang-dong Forest Hotel. From the moment I entered the hotel, I felt good with the warm and friendly welcome of the staff. The check-in process was also quick, and I was able to enter the room without any inconvenience as they provided detailed information. The room was cleaner and more comfortable than I expected. In particular, the bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to sleep deeply, and the quiet and cozy atmosphere allowed me to fully relax. The amenities were well-equipped, and all the facilities in the room were convenient to use. In addition, the location of the hotel was close to Bulkwang Station, so it was convenient to use public transportation, and it was also good that there were various amenities nearby, so I could easily purchase necessary items. Although it was a short one-night stay, my experience at Bulkwang-dong Forest Hotel was very satisfactory. I would like to visit Forest Hotel again next time I visit Bulkwang-dong. I would like to thank all the staff for their kind service and pleasant environment. Thanks to you, I am making good memories.

Free coffee and bottled mineral water were provided, and the bath in the room was great. The only disappointment was that the washlet was broken.

The hotel is well located near the metro and bus stations, and although the surrounding area is dirty and dark, everything is very close: the NC shopping center, restaurants, and 24-hour convenience stores. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, and the only drawback I can point out is that they didn't change my towels, so I had to ask at reception at night. My room faced the main street, yet there was no noise.

Pros: not badly located: to the center - 30 minutes, to the national park - 30 minutes. The room has a bathroom with hot water - thank you very much for that 😀 Water, tea, coffee, juice, and all the amenities are there. Cons - very poor cleaning, despite the fact that the rooms are relatively good, dirt is everywhere

The hotel is close to Foguang subway station, which is very convenient. The room is a little poorly clean, but overall it is OK.

There was hair so the cleaning condition was a bit disappointing, but the staff was friendly so it was okay. They even helped with parking and the service was good.

I couldn't give full marks for the cleanliness facilities. After showering, the water didn't drain well, so even after I washed up, shampoo was still on my feet and they were slippery. Since there was a bathroom inside the shower room, it was also inconvenient to go to the bathroom afterwards. I think it would be fine if the water drained well (I tried to fix it myself, but the drain didn't open easily so I couldn't find the cause). Everything else was fine.
