Great location! Next to Hyundai department store and Coex. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful (especially the concierge), the room service food excellent. Unfortunately the pool and gym under renovation. I would definitely book again for my next trip to Seoul.
Room was small. Just across coex samseong hence it is very strategic location. It is the beginning of fall, the temperature is just cold outside unfortunately the central heater is on and we hardly adjust the temperature such is set at 24 . So it was kind of hot inside the room , fortunately we can open the window. Lobby was on 21 floor
This hotel is truly exceptional. The front desk staff speaks fluent English, which made check-in and any inquiries very easy. The hotel facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The morning sunlight and views are quite pleasing, and there's a bar with great cocktails in the evening. Additionally, the hotel is located in an area with very convenient transportation options. The only drawback is that I experienced static electricity when opening the room door, likely due to the dry weather in Seoul and not the hotel's fault.

They said 11am is check out time.
I requested them to check out at 12:30pm
Of course I was going to pay for the late check-out.
But They said that if I pay half the hotel rate, I can check out at 6pm.
inflexible hotel staff.
I think the location is very good, and coincidentally the airport limousine bus is just on the other side of the street.
The room was a little small but I didn't really spend time there. Good for a few nights. Close to Coex and several restaurants.
Hubby and I stayed at this place which is a slight slope down from train station (short walk)
Saw some reviews that it's possible to walk to COEX but honestly it's a couple of bus stops and we wouldn't have walked. The room interior was pleasant but the pillows way too thin, even with 2 stacked.
The carpet/enclosed area outside our rooms has a very strong musky smell. Very nauseating. But it does not affect the room smell itself.
Overall good location, enjoyed a bakery nearby and also the KBBQ directly beside the hotel. Considerably quiet street as compared to the hustle of Hongdae
It was a pleasant stay and I appreciate the convenience of my hotel being next to convenience store and McDonald’s! It was right by the bus terminal at Coex so I had a great time! The only thing to keep in mind is you can hear everything through the hallway- my neighbors were making magic happen and so I slammed my door shut so they knew they had neighbors 😆
First, I stayed for 3 nights and paid for an additional night.
Even though the room condition and size were the same, I was told that an extension was not possible, and that I had to check out by 11:00 AM after the 3rd night. Also, even though the room was already ready, I was told that I could only check in after 3:00 PM.
When I asked the reason, the hotel replied that it was because there was no early check-in policy.
Also, I was told that the hotel's basic check-out time is 11:00 AM, and that late check-out is only possible up to 12:00 PM. I was told that even if I paid an additional fee, I could not check out at 1:00 PM.
If all the hotel rooms were sold out, I could understand that it would be difficult to check out at 1:00 PM, but it is difficult to understand that an extension of check-out was not possible because there was no policy in a situation where more than 10 rooms were not sold yet (I confirmed that more than 10 rooms were booked for today).
Great location to explore the city. Customer service was amazing and the clerks were helpful with securing taxi services. Room was clean minus the shower. Few strands of hair and something smeared on portions of shower wall. Other than that great place to stay would stay again.
I stay at hotels of various styles from time to time, but this hotel reminded me of a simple business hotel in Japan.
The front desk staff, both male and female, were very kind.
When I told them, ”I'm staying for consecutive nights, but I don't need cleaning,” they said, ”If you need towels or anything else, please feel free to ask me.”
I took them up on their offer and had them change my towels the morning after the first night, but they gave me two extra ones, which was very helpful.
After the second night, I asked them to arrange a taxi to Incheon International Airport early in the morning, and they were quick, very kind, and polite.
The bath only had a shower, but I think it's perfect for those who are looking for value for money.
It's natural that there is a convenience store nearby, but there are many restaurants behind the hotel, the station is close, and welcome drinks are available.
I was a little concerned about the location of the outlets, but considering the effect of electromagnetic waves when charging a smartphone, it was a pretty good distance away.
I wouldn't say that the facilities are new, but the hotel is clean and well-maintained.
I feel that I can recommend it.

GGuest UserMy check in was a pleasant and simple process. The room was big enough for 2 people. The tv was mostly Korean shows and movies. Only bad things was the space by the toilet was a little small for my size (5’9”/200 lbs.) Once you walk into the room there is no separate room for the bathroom. It is an open space. The location is great. It’s right next to the subway station exit 5 and they have a Lotte mall next to it. They have a Starbucks downstairs and convenience store so that’s a plus. Express check out as well. I stayed in a Premium King Room. Overall, good experience.

덕덕키1The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was clean. I will visit again next time!! The valet parking was also very convenient!! It takes about 7 minutes on foot from the subway station!!
BBrandonFirst time visiting S. Korea. The front desk was really nice with translations, directions and help setting up tours of the city and DMZ. Breakfast was simple selection of cereals, yogurts, juices, and fruits. The street that this hostel is on, is jammed packed with shops and restaurants. Be aware, this hostel close at 10pm. If you are not there before that time you may be locked out for the night like we were.

GGuest UserThe hostel is very close to the Xincun subway station. There are many restaurants in the surrounding shopping malls. The front desk brother can speak English. It is more difficult to communicate in Chinese like me. Fortunately, I can understand my meaning by playing him with translation software. The air conditioner in the room is very cold, equipped with shampoo and shower gel. Toothbrush toothpaste is not equipped, the hostel has no elevator, fortunately the allocated room is on the 2nd floor, it is very easy to go upstairs. The overall experience is good, the space for 2 people is quite large, like we are used to washing our own laundry, we can't find a place to dry, the hotel provides laundry and drying service, costing 10,000 won. I hope my experience can help more friends who need to know about the store.

KKaiThe location is close to the Nambu Station subway station. It is convenient to the Han River, Seoul Forest, Seongsu and Hannam-dong. There are also many restaurants nearby. But for a motel, the hotel facilities are relatively basic, but still clean.
PPornpan PansuwanWe recommend you to contact the host before checking-in because there was no e-mail on how to check-in sent to us. When we arrived, the front door was an automatic lock, but there was line&kakao ID written on the front door. The host responded to our message very quickly and tell us about all the informations via line. The hostel was very quiet and the was plenty amenities provided for customers. There was no elevator and the stairs were quite narrow. The location is excellent and we enjoyed 2nights there.

GGuest UserThere are restaurants, cake shops, banks, and bus stops downstairs, which is very convenient. Surrounded by typical residential communities, quiet and hygienic, I lived here for four days.
