Lobby is great the room is great , the bed is comfortable, except for the sofa, my friend sat on the sofa in the room, and she was being bitten by some bugs, not sure if it’s the bed bugs. Her skin was all red with small dots on it.
The staff are polite but they are not really helpful, which I expected more for a five star hotel.
When you are trying to move your luggage on the car, there are 3 staff outside, all of them are guys, none of them tried to help me the 2 big luggages which was quite inappropriate!
But the staff at the front desk is kind and friendly.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and much more spacious compared to other business hotels I’ve stayed at in Seoul. The view was stunning, especially at night and during sunrise, making the experience even more special. Despite being located next to a major road, the room was incredibly quiet, allowing for a restful night’s sleep.
As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was impressed by the housekeeping staff—they were meticulous and left the room spotless every day. The location is another highlight. The train station is just a 3-4 minute walk away, and the airport limousine bus stops are even closer, within 1-2 minutes. This makes it very convenient for both business travelers and tourists.
The only minor drawback was the elevator during rush hours. It stopped at almost every floor, and it sometimes took up to 10 minutes to reach first floor. However, this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise excellent experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, convenient location, and tranquil atmosphere despite being in a busy area. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was small. Just across coex samseong hence it is very strategic location. It is the beginning of fall, the temperature is just cold outside unfortunately the central heater is on and we hardly adjust the temperature such is set at 24 . So it was kind of hot inside the room , fortunately we can open the window. Lobby was on 21 floor

Great location! Just a 3-min walk from the Airport City Bus Terminal, and about 5 mins away from COEX. There’s a GS25 (convenience store) nearby. They do not have any iron & ironing board in the room (only at basement) & they do provide coin laundry.
Room was perfect with a kitchen and laundry room. There is a door separating the bedroom from the living so it’s good when travelling with a baby. Breakfast buffet is a good mix of international food.
It was a pleasant stay and I appreciate the convenience of my hotel being next to convenience store and McDonald’s! It was right by the bus terminal at Coex so I had a great time! The only thing to keep in mind is you can hear everything through the hallway- my neighbors were making magic happen and so I slammed my door shut so they knew they had neighbors 😆
Hubby and I stayed at this place which is a slight slope down from train station (short walk)
Saw some reviews that it's possible to walk to COEX but honestly it's a couple of bus stops and we wouldn't have walked. The room interior was pleasant but the pillows way too thin, even with 2 stacked.
The carpet/enclosed area outside our rooms has a very strong musky smell. Very nauseating. But it does not affect the room smell itself.
Overall good location, enjoyed a bakery nearby and also the KBBQ directly beside the hotel. Considerably quiet street as compared to the hustle of Hongdae
First, I stayed for 3 nights and paid for an additional night.
Even though the room condition and size were the same, I was told that an extension was not possible, and that I had to check out by 11:00 AM after the 3rd night. Also, even though the room was already ready, I was told that I could only check in after 3:00 PM.
When I asked the reason, the hotel replied that it was because there was no early check-in policy.
Also, I was told that the hotel's basic check-out time is 11:00 AM, and that late check-out is only possible up to 12:00 PM. I was told that even if I paid an additional fee, I could not check out at 1:00 PM.
If all the hotel rooms were sold out, I could understand that it would be difficult to check out at 1:00 PM, but it is difficult to understand that an extension of check-out was not possible because there was no policy in a situation where more than 10 rooms were not sold yet (I confirmed that more than 10 rooms were booked for today).
Great location to explore the city. Customer service was amazing and the clerks were helpful with securing taxi services. Room was clean minus the shower. Few strands of hair and something smeared on portions of shower wall. Other than that great place to stay would stay again.
Check-in time was 8 o'clock, so I arrived at 8 o'clock.
But I don't know if it was a part-time job or the owner, but the young woman
Check-in is originally 10 o'clock, but Trip.com says 8 o'clock.
I felt bad the first time because I said something like, ”I can't do it, but I'll do it for you.”
Shouldn’t I learn a new way to speak to customer service?
The location is good, it's about 700 meters from COEX so it's suitable for walking.
Cleanliness... I think it's just acceptable. It feels a bit old.

GGuest UserIt's been the best hotel for family trip I've ever visited. The front desk manager offers me every service I needed. Restaurant reservation, tour recommendation, and taxi call etc.…
Hotel is located at the center of Seoul.
It was a convenient place to move around but the road was full of cars at the night time.

GGuest User5 mins walk to the nearest station, 15- 20 mins to jamsil stadium. Lots of restaurants and convenience store nearby.
Staffs were friendly and polite. As our flight was at night, they allowed us to use their lobby facilities even after check out.
The layout is not your typical tourist hotel. I believed its a revamped korean style motel. But place is clean and it was an great stay. Only downside was it was very dark in the room at night even with all the lights switched on.
PPloynapatGood Location, Friendly Staff, Room Needs Improvement
The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, with good English communication skills. They were also accommodating to my specific room requests.
The room itself was nicely appointed, but unfortunately, the room temperature was too warm, fixed at 27 degrees Celsius with no option to adjust the heater. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially at night. Additionally, the bathroom layout, while suitable for solo travelers, would likely be inconvenient for couples due to the lack of a separate door for the toilet area. There's no bidet, which was a bit disappointing. I think the hotel would benefit from upgrading to automated toilets for a more modern and convenient experience.

BBrandonFirst time visiting S. Korea. The front desk was really nice with translations, directions and help setting up tours of the city and DMZ. Breakfast was simple selection of cereals, yogurts, juices, and fruits. The street that this hostel is on, is jammed packed with shops and restaurants. Be aware, this hostel close at 10pm. If you are not there before that time you may be locked out for the night like we were.

PPornpan PansuwanWe recommend you to contact the host before checking-in because there was no e-mail on how to check-in sent to us. When we arrived, the front door was an automatic lock, but there was line&kakao ID written on the front door. The host responded to our message very quickly and tell us about all the informations via line. The hostel was very quiet and the was plenty amenities provided for customers. There was no elevator and the stairs were quite narrow. The location is excellent and we enjoyed 2nights there.

KKaiThe location is close to the Nambu Station subway station. It is convenient to the Han River, Seoul Forest, Seongsu and Hannam-dong. There are also many restaurants nearby. But for a motel, the hotel facilities are relatively basic, but still clean.
JjanlhanThe hotel is located in the heart of the Sinchon shopping district. Walking to Hongdae is very easy. It is considered a comfortable journey. If traveling to Sinchon Station Exit 4, the hotel does not have an elevator. Carrying a suitcase will be a bit difficult. If you meet an employee, he will help you. The room is considered okay. Overall considered good There is no breakfast but there will be water and coffee downstairs. Can be eaten at any time

GGuest UserThere are restaurants, cake shops, banks, and bus stops downstairs, which is very convenient. Surrounded by typical residential communities, quiet and hygienic, I lived here for four days.
