Some taxi drivers may refuse the trip due to the hotel's proximity to the airport and may attempt to charge excessive fees, such as 100 yuan for a short ride. The hotel is suitable for a short stay.

For the price, the service was pretty good. To and back airport shuttle. But the hotel was further than I thought and not really accessible to public transport or if you want to go into town. Also need to factor in all your taxi costs to and from the hotel when you are out. Found some short hair in the clean towel as well but since I was travelling along I could use the other towel. But overall not bad for the price

Very nice small hotel closed to PVG airport. The hotel is old, but newly renovated room. Inside the room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel located near Haitiansan road, one station away from the airport. Very convenience to go to downtown by train or catch early morning or late flight because hotel provide free shuttle service. Front desk staffs and shuttle service staff and drivers also very kind. I would choose this hotel again if I travel to PVG in the future.

The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed, and bottled water is provided every day. There is an electric kettle and tea in the room, which is very convenient. The sewage system works well, which is also very important. The sunrise was visible from our room, which we were very happy about. The bedding is also very clean. The hotel is quite quiet and peaceful. It should be noted that it is very close to the airport (10 minutes by car) and next to the highway, so you can hear the sounds of cars and planes, and you can also see the planes very close, but this did not bother us. A taxi to the metro costs about 16 yuan, which is also very convenient. Next time, if I want to book a hotel near the airport, I will choose this option again. The food is also good for a 3* hotel, there is a choice and it is delicious.

Service is very good, i called reception for Airport pick up, she explained very well and sent bus at pick up point on time, she guided how to go to airport very welll, good location good service.

Very reasonable price. The room was really big and close tpnthe airport. However, in the evening, the sound of aircraft taking off may disturb you.
Hotel has airport shuttle bus starting from 04.30 am.
Staff can speak good english.
