The service by Lyren and the rest of the staff was excellent. The view from the hotel is good as well. One thing that is really important to us is sound insulation. We didn’t hear anything from the hallways or neighbouring rooms and no slamming doors. Our stay was great and we will definitely be back.

This is a newly opened apartment. It is pet-friendly so it is very convenient for guests who have pets at home. Suzhou River is right next to it, so the scenery and air are great. Thanks to Andrew for his enthusiastic service!
