On a business trip, this was my second time staying at the hotel. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming.

The hotel's service is also very good. From check-in to check-out, the staff are warm and considerate and proactively provide help. Especially when checking in, the front desk staff patiently answered our questions and provided us with a lot of practical travel advice. In addition, the room service is also very considerate. The room is cleaned on time every day to provide us with a clean living environment. The hotel's catering is also excellent. We tried the Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel. The dishes are authentic and the ingredients are fresh. The breakfast is rich in variety and meets our different taste needs. In addition, the hotel also provides afternoon tea service, allowing us to enjoy delicious food in a leisurely afternoon. In terms of leisure, the hotel has a gym, swimming pool and spa, allowing us to maintain physical and mental health while on vacation. Especially by the swimming pool, we spent a wonderful afternoon and felt peaceful and comfortable.

The room is really too small. Especially in the bathroom, I always get hit by the door handle when sitting on the toilet. The bedside table is too small and would be full if I put the computer on it. Between the table and the bed, there is a chair that requires twisting to sit on. The service attitude is pretty good, and I take the initiative to say hello every time.

The service is very good. The room is too noisy. It faces the street and is opposite the KTV. It’s noisy until two or three in the morning and I can’t sleep at all. Please don’t stay in a room facing the street.
