I am surprised that the rooms are well maintained. The room is clean and furniture new and well maintained. I appreciated that they arranged that I need not change room as I added another night to my package. I was delighted with the policy of free soft drinks for first round per day! The amenities could be better topped up eg shower and hand soap. However, I like it that they have disposable, comfortable and durable slippers. On last stay day, they offered to call a cab for us and concierge on duty on 15 May at about 7pm proactively helped us with the luggages. Variety of foods at breakfast could have more options and cover fave more eats in Shanghai. I am amused by the robots that can bring up the takeaways to the room. Dyson hair dryer dries hair fast for better sleep. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel. I would use this hotel again.

Oh wow very nice hotel and very clean the room is very spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful even though they don't speak much english, they try their best to help. Next time I will deinitely stay here again 👍❤️

Sha sha was our front desk server and was incredibly accommodating! The hotel was beautiful, clean room, amazing shower and bathroom!! We loved it perfect for couples :)

The bathroom was too small for a four stars hotel. The Lobby was filled with furniture, chairs, tables.. poor design concept. Outside around the hotel, there is a 7-11 type small store and one Chinese restaurant, not much of anything else at all. I would say 全季酒店 would be a better value for better location and better overall design.

The design is nice and room quality also good. The manager at 2/F restaurant good in service and the breakfast selection is standard. Will come again for next business trip.
