The worst all season hotel I've ever stayed in, not to mention the room was not clean enough. We booked a business king room, the most expensive room type in the hotel, but we were assigned a corridor room near the elevator. When we opened the window in the morning, we found that the so-called window was facing inward, towards a wall of a patio. There was no reminder or notification when checking in. I seriously suspect that the clerk was downgraded. It was a very bad experience.
