Great service from concierge, Zhang Peng. The staff are generally helpful and polite. The hotel bedroom and bathroom are clean, and great location as well. The only area that needs improvement is the lift as there is only one lift to ground level, and quite slow. The breakfast is normal. Overall great stay!

I booked three rooms, but the hotel didn’t arrange them on the same floor. Two rooms were on the 6th floor, but at opposite ends of the hallway, while the third was on the 7th floor. The most frustrating part? There’s no elevator to the 7th floor! We had to carry our luggage up the stairs, which was extremely inconvenient.
To make things worse, the 7th-floor room wasn't even the one I booked—it was smaller than the other two. The hotel's layout is also like a maze, making it hard to navigate with luggage. The only good thing is the location.

I booked 2 rooms. Reception was kind enough to prepare the rooms side by side so that we can take care of our parents easily. Room was clean and spacious. The centralised heater provided was also great to keep the whole room warm as my parents were afraid of the cold. Tried the breakfast buffet on one day as it was raining, food options were not bad. Downstairs leads straight to Nanjing Street shopping malls. Very convenient. Highly recommended!

Great location…located in Nanjing road ,easy to find food. Close to Popmart and Miniso. But the room beyond floor 6 is a bit hard for people who have large laggauges because there is no elevator beyond floor6.

Hotel location is very very convenient. Access to metro is only 5 minutes walk. Room is very clean too.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center while the lobby is nestled next to a store. There are signs of the room being a bit dated. All in all a good stay in the city center.

The hotel is located in shopping area and restaurant. There are many subway exits around the hotel, it’s about 200-400 meters. The room is clean and big. And the breakfast is good. If I visit Shanghai next time, I will choose this hotel again. It’s suitable for our family.
