It was my first time staying at The PuLi, and I was immediately captivated by its serene and elegant atmosphere. The overall design is tasteful, with attention to every detail that creates a sense of comfort and sophistication. The room was spacious, bright, spotless, and very relaxing to stay in. Special thanks to Vicky and Stephanie thoughtful service, which made the whole experience even warmer and smoother. Though the stay was short, it left a deep impression — I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I’ve stayed at Puli many times, and it never disappoints. The hotel’s serene atmosphere, elegant design, and consistently excellent service make every visit a pleasure. The rooms are always spotless and well-appointed, with a bed that guarantees a restful sleep. Jamie remains as attentive as ever, and Vicky’s warm hospitality adds to the seamless experience. No matter how many times I return, Puli continues to feel like a calm retreat in the heart of Shanghai. Looking forward to my next stay.

The rooms are spacious and immaculate, featuring soft bedding and excellent soundproofing for a restful stay. The hotel’s dining is exquisite, with a diverse and high-quality breakfast selection, while the gym and pool facilities are well-maintained and complete.
The service is exceptional—Jamie provided a warm and professional welcome, patiently answering all questions, and Vicky offered many thoughtful touches that made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an ideal choice, and I look forward to returning!

This was my first time staying at Puli, and it was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has a calm and elegant atmosphere, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps ever. Jamie was incredibly attentive, and Camille’s warm and professional service made everything
seamless. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back next time I’m in Shanghai!

Every time I stay at Puli, it feels like a home away from home. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the beds are unbelievably comfortable. This was a birthday treat to myself and I was made to feel very special during my staff. Had a two hour massage, enjoyed the heavenly food in the restaurant, enjoyed all the lovely room facilities (including the bath with a city view). The food room service was restaurant level as well not to mention the delightful, considerate and attentive staff. I might even come back next year! Oh! I forgot! The pool!!! It’s gorgeous, even just for sitting and book reading. Thank you 💕📚
