Lovely stay on the 43rd floor.
Lovely room with very comfortable slippers and robe.
Executive lounge was nice and the afternoon snacks and drinks were very good
The breakfast eggs that were freshly made were very nice but the buffet food was only luke warm.
Staff were wonderful and very friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Our kids love the river view family room. The service was excellent. Sheldon at checkin is the friendly and knowledgeable. Makes us feel at home .

Stayed with family. Great view. Overall good, but room felt humid and a bit smelly which might be normal with weather.

Had a great experience staying in JW Marriott. Hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly, and everyone goes over and beyond to serve you.
I was trying to get a place to work and Grizz, who was stationed at the executive lounge went over and beyond to see to my needs.

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was clean, the staff were kind, and the gym amenities were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with the pancake man making adorable bear-shaped pancakes for the kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Kids adored the soft toys decor, adults enjoyed the river view. Hotel felt very new and staff were great. We were given an early check in. Buffet dinner served unlimited grilled lobster. No tourist attractions within walking distance.

Except being a little bit far away from main tourists attractions, everything is very nice. Thank you Angel so much for helping me order the food, she was so lovely. And thank you the team for the cake, it was very delicious.
