The only positive is that the staff was friendly. The hotel does not have air conditioning (front desk staff said so), instead they gave us a fan. We paid for a 1 bedroom suite that does not have an AC, it is unacceptable. The living room temperature was constantly 25 degrees while the bedroom was always 28 degrees. We were not informed and nobody care about our experience when we checked out. Also
The iron board is defective and could not stand. Found out the hard way when it collapsed on my toe.
I would not stay there again and i do not recommend.
Breakfast is okay but you can find better.

The room is good for family with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an open kitchen for food delivery. The location is convenient to nearby sightseeing like Nanging Road and Jing’An Temple. Walking distance to Xintiandi for dining and shopping.

The hotel’s location is convenient, being connected to a mall and near a metro station. However, the studio room is smaller than I had anticipated. The room temperature is uncomfortably high and cannot be adjusted using the room’s controllers. Additionally, the washing machine’s dryer function is not working, and the toilet flush is weak. The breakfast is a semi-buffet that is adequate but lacks exceptional service. While I would not regret choosing this hotel, I am unlikely to return.

Unbeatable location, 5mins walk from Xintiandi plaza (and the metro station entrance is there too), another 5 mins to Xintiandi itself.
Breakfast is decent, it's a semi buffet breakfast, you get the salad, cold cuts, bread/pastry on buffet. the mains are ala carte. The mains selections is limited, but it is cook on order. so you will get them hot. Quality of food is good.
Rooms are big, you get a full kitchen with a washing machine. Very convenient.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was well furnished. There was a fridge, washing machine and dryer. The master bedroom had a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom. The apartment was a bit old and dated but it was clean and everything worked so no complaints. The location was the best part of staying there. It was central, convenient and within walking distance to Xintiandi. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

I have been here tired time. It’s good ………….location. It’s easy accessing to many places with a minimum distance. Good cafe and restaurant and very good for dining.
