First, this hotel had great service - from the front desk to the restaurant to the housecleaning. All very friendly, professional, and thoughtful. Thoroughly enjoyed every interaction with them all!
Secondly the location is in the financial center, a tad further from all the hustle and bustle mostly needing a didi or short walk to subway to get anywhere.
Thirdly the hotel is showing a bit of age. For my specific room the wood flooring in some places were starting to crumple up, but that may just be my room of course.
The hotel entrance is not easiest to find. Didi will always try to drop you offf where the map says is the hotel but you actually will most likely have to go to other side of building to find the entrance. I am guessing 95% of customers will not find the entrance on first attempt.
I enjoyed my stay, the staff were the stars of the hotel.

The room is more like in 3 stars hote l- small and shabby.
It was very cold in the room when we came.

The hotel’s location, as many have mentioned, is within an office building, so you need to go inside to find the entrance. Since there are two entrances to the premises, taxis may not always drop you off at the exact entry point.
The room was clean and satisfactory, providing a comfortable stay. A convenient perk is that the hotel will deliver food to your room if you order from a food delivery service.
Overall, a good stay with a few location-related considerations to keep in mind.

Everything was perfect. Really friendly staff. They kept our lugages until late the day after our check out. They also provided excellent services. Would recommend this place without any problem !

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had few choices. My issue with the hotel is that of the two rooms that I booked,I had to wait until 6:30pm,for one of my rooms. The staff were very friendly,but having to wait that long is crazy

Good overall. Close to the malls. The building was clean and new. Had bit of a difficulty communicating in English with the staffs but they were generally helpful and nice.
