Green Court Residence City Center, Shanghai

Great location and overall it was comfortable for us. Coffee provided in the lobby was good perk me up every morning. It was walking distance to nearby metro and the famous nanjing road. Having a washing machine in the apartment was a big plus

1. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains a spotless and well-kept environment, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All areas, including both the rooms and common spaces, are impeccably cleaned. Our room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided each time. 2. Room Quality: The room facilities are excellent and spacious. We comfortably stayed three people in one room with a double bed and a sofa bed. The Japanese toilet was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall comfort. However, it would be even better if the hotel could add one more mirror for makeup purposes (this is my personal problem), though the bathroom mirror was large enough. 3. Location: The hotel is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from People’s Square subway station, making it a great base for exploring the local area. 4. Staff: The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The receptionists speak good English, and the porters were particularly kind and helpful. 5. Lovely Touches: You can request additional bottles of water by calling the receptionist, specifying the number of bottles you need (just the right amount—not too many). Additionally, special discounts at nearby stores are available, and these are listed in the brochure in your room.

The room is spacious and very clean. Bed is comfortable, sofa bed is a little bit hard but still okay. Toilet has bidet. Location is great, walkable to east nanjing road around 7-10 minutes. All the staffs are nice, especially the housekeeping staff who clean our room everyday. Overall everything is great and I highly recommend this place. 10/10!

Love how the staff are very friendly and nice.. and the room service really doubg a gret job cleaning the place.. and when i check in, there’s this man, fluently speaking english so he helps me alot:: Take only 6 minutes walking to nanjing road.. love this place so much.. whenever i come to shanghai, definitely will book this place again…

I came to Shanghai to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Thanks to the kindness and help of the hotel staff, our trip became even more perfect. The building has an old-fashioned feel, but it is well-maintained. The location is perfect, with many attractions and great restaurants nearby. If I visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here again. Special Thank you to “Tee “  in front desk.  위치 친절 모든것이 완벽함, 다음 방문시 재투숙 의사 100%!!

We especially like to thank the helpful front desk staff, Kitty, for helping us source and purchase some books from the Rednote app store. She has gone beyond and above her duty to assist us, even when she was on leave, she ensured the books were delivered on time before we checked out. Another staff member, Lily, she helped facilitate the books' delivery too. The books arrived on time for us to pack into our luggage. Both staff are definitely worth the acknowledgement and praise for excellence in customer service they have provided.
