Hotel location is very nice. Also very clean hotel. If need any shopping location is very close for shopping

First time staying here at Conrad hotel. Location 10/10, perfect location as it is located at the central of Shanghai. Walking distance to Nanjing East Road and the bund. Cleanliness - 9/10. Very clean toilet and room. Customer service - 10/10. All staffs were friendly. Special shout out to the receptionist named Rick, he was helpful and accommodating to our requests! Will definitely come back again! :)

The hotel staff is very great and friendly. They helped me a lot in finding nearby restaurants, finding a place to pick Didi and everything went smoothly while staying here. The hotel is clean and very nice, close to the center, very easy to get around. I will come back if I have the chance. The staff know English!!!
