The lady at the Front desk is super friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. She's given us the recommended foods and places around the hotel. The surrounding areas of the hotel are lively, a lot of foods, convenient stores etc. Very good location. All in all everything is nice and good

This family-friendly resort hotel near the airport is the perfect experience! Although the hotel is located at a transportation hub, it cleverly creates a paradise away from the hustle and bustle. As soon as you step into the lobby, you will be attracted by the tropical garden landscape full of childlike fun. The outdoor swimming pool surrounded by green plants and the children's water park complement each other. The children are very excited as soon as they get off the car. The facilities are comprehensive: the family suites are equipped with intelligent control systems and independent children's sleeping areas, and the mini bar is equipped with a food heater for infants; the 500-square-meter indoor adventure castle is staffed by professional caregivers, and the STEM workshops and baking classrooms have a full schedule; what's even more surprising is the ecological farm directly accessible from the hotel, allowing city children to experience the fun of picking. The hygiene details are reassuring, including ultraviolet disinfection of public areas three times a day, sealed children's toiletries sets, bathroom floor heating and anti-slip mats, all of which demonstrate professionalism. The service team is an added bonus. From proactively installing child safety seats when picking up guests at the airport to giving away cartoon luggage tags as souvenirs at the front desk, every employee can accurately call the children by their names. When we checked out, the housekeeper helped us pack the toys we left behind and attached handwritten notes. This kind of silent care has made us start planning a second stay during our next layover!
