Accommodation -Overall is clean -hot water is strong and good -Bed is ok -Air Con turns on but no wind, I have to open windows to get more air Staff -One of female staff was very helpful as I need her help to call SF delivery to pick up my parcel. She coordinated to ensure it is finished. -Staff is fairly friendly even they speak 0 English -If hotel has Staff who speak Eng I am sure there will extra points I left the hotel impressed

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the New Exhibition Center! Behind it is the beautiful Pudong water belt, which is very enjoyable for walking and running in the morning and evening. The room facilities are very new, with a sense of modern technology. The front desk and waiters are friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the laundry room on the first floor, where you can wash and dry clothes, and the waiters can help collect clothes and send them to the room. This price, this location, and this facility are super invincible. I will definitely stay again next time if I have the chance!

Overall, I am quite satisfied. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and will patiently explain if I have any questions. The living facilities nearby are quite convenient, including supermarkets, convenience stores, and breakfast shops (I recommend Babi Buns opposite, which is very cost-effective). What I am not satisfied with is the distance. I went there from Pudong Airport, and it took me 20 minutes to walk to the hotel after leaving the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum in the evening. In fact, Yingchun Road Station is closer to the hotel. Those who go there may consider changing to the station. Also, because the second floor is rented out, there is no direct elevator. You have to take a detour from the third floor and take the stairs. I live in the innermost room, so I have to walk through the third floor first and then the second floor every time. You have to go to the first floor to get there. I don’t have much luggage, so I can accept it, but people with a lot of luggage and heavy luggage should think about it. The door to my room is also difficult to open. There may be something wrong with the door frame.

You don't have to wait long to check in, the staff does it in a couple of minutes, which is outstanding in China. We had a suite with a living room and a bedroom, very spacious, clean and functional. It was great to stay there. The hotel's location is also very convenient, next to the metro station Century Park on Line 2, which provides direct access to Pudong Airport and Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station.

I liked the layout of the room, very spacious and open especially for 2 people. It was quite warm and stuffy when we first entered, but we opened the window and the air/ventilation resolved itself by the evening. There are two pairs of washer and dryer machines and they are easy to use and work well. The gym area is small, but it has cardio, weights, and a bit of open space so you can do many workouts. The staff was very friendly and everyone was very receptive, shower had good water temperature and water pressure, the bed was comfortable (not too firm and not too soft, so just right), and great value for the price! Would recommended to future travelers.

Very good and convenient location. Just next to Fang Dian Road subway station. Many restaurants, bakery shops and convenient store very nearby. Rooms and toilets are quite spacious. Small refrigerator, hanging coffee and tea bags are provided in the room. All hair & body shampoo and hair conditioner are provided. Water heater is working well. There is a laundry room on 5th floor where one washing machine and one dryer, few irons and standing stream irons are provided for free. But hotel lobby receptionists were not very helpful when we asked them to help to call Didi (something like Grab car service in China) from hotel to exhibiton Hall, they simply told us it was not possible to get a taxi during morning peak hours.

Not the best hotel. Toilet is clean but room carpet and wall are very down and dirty. Window can’t even be closed fully. One night stay is enough, if a few night, probably will choose to pay more and stay other hotels.

The hotel location is so good, surrounding by so many restaurants, luckin coffee, supermarket, etc. So, you can easily ordering online food 外卖。This one I’ve bought is 口水鸡, only cost around 23rmb. And for this room type, SO GOOD. Because it’s a 2 floor’s room. Which is the bed is place on the 2nd floor. And for the 1st floor, seems like a Family room (there’s a TV, you can sing Chinese song there). For the bathroom, it’s so clean & modern. The toilet can be warm while you sit down there. And the hair dryer so fast to drying your hair. And the ayi (aunty), also can clean your room if you stay there more than 2 days. FYI, this room placed on the 3rd floor of the hotel. Don’t forget, they also have the laundry room on 3rd floor. From this hotel to The Bund 外滩 or Yu Park 豫园 it’s only cost around 40RMB by taxi (can be lower or higher depends on the traffic jam). Because it’s kinda far from the Metro Station, that’s why I choose to use a taxi. That’s all, TOTALLY IT’S A GOOD HOTEL WITH THIS PRICE.
