Spacious Room, Clean Toilet & Great Location” We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the toilet was clean, and there was even a bed heater which was great for the cold weather. It’s less than a 10-minute walk to Dukezong Ancient Town, so the location is very convenient. Highly recommended for a cozy and hassle-free stay.

Lovely place, very atmospheric with huge comfortable, warm rooms. Cleaning was quite poor, we found food and wrappings in the room and the room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Location superb.

Very cozy room with excellent view of the city. Room is spacious and sufficient heaters to keep one warm in a cold winter night.

Great hotel, location was ideal and heating was perfect. Huge room and good service, only wish was a little cleaner/newer, but lot of renovation ongoing

We loved our experience at HerLand. The old converted Tibetan-style home was not only beautiful, but warm in the winter months - something we desperately needed. The owner is lovely and more than willing to sit and chat and help you with anything. They upgraded our room when we arrived due to it being off season. One of my favourite parts was meeting the friendly dogs that live on site. The hotel is being renovated this winter which means more amazing things to come in the summer. I definitely recommend staying here!

The coziest hotel we've ever stayed at. Breakfast is included, along with unlimited coffee, tea, fruit, and snacks. It's a nice touch. The rooms are incredibly authentic, with murals and paintings. The beds are huge and comfortable. The fireplace isn't just beautiful, it also provides warmth. It's located almost in the center of the old town. There are a few minor imperfections, but the main thing is the rooms.

The location is excellent, central yet quiet. We booked it based on the photos on Trip. The reality is very different. The hotel has carpeting everywhere, and it must not be cleaned properly, so it smells bad. Our room was very large with a comfortable bed, but there were stains on the sofa and all over the carpeting on the floor, as well as a strange smell. The facilities are poorly finished (shabby, in short) and poorly maintained. For several days, we found dog poop in both the entrance and the breakfast area.
