This is a newly built hotel. Everything is still very new and clean. The location is on the edge of the city center. With 2-3 dollars taxi very easily to go anywhere in the city. Our room has a very beautiful view over the river and mountain. The breakfast is very good. Shan Shan was so nice with us. She is very friendly and helpful!! At the reception employees are very helpful as well. A little less good was the room service, 3-4 days they don’t clean well our room. But as soon as I called the front desk they clean and organized the room. Our stay in this hotel was pleasant.

We had a great time, the room was nice, modern and clean. We were greeted politely and one guy even spoke a little English. We can speak a little chinese but this was still nice.
Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the breakfast, most of it was quite cold with a few things that were ok. Also we had to ask another guest to stop smoking in the dining room, something that we feel the staff should have told him.
We did leave a phone and another personal item that they kindly kept and sent to us (another city) that we are really thankful for.
Overall a nice experience. Thank you.

Lavande next to Bishui Flower City is so comfortable to live in. I stayed here for a day during the holiday and will come again next time.

I originally booked a non-smoking room and said it was an upgrade. However, there was an ashtray in the room and there were still ash at the door of the shower room.
