I want to immediately note the incredible decoration of the hotel, the very creative arrangement of all the furniture, the fascinating stained glass window on the windows in the middle of the hotel. On the territory of the hotel there are well-kept flowers, palm trees and other bushes that are carefully cared for. There is also a golfcar that drives you around the hotel and takes you to and from the beach, which is very convenient. I can't help but mention the sincerity and kindness of all the workers, it doesn't matter what kind of work they do, everyone will greet you and smile, I was pleasantly surprised by this! The hotel rooms are comfortable and constantly cleaned. Food and drinks are tasty and of good quality. Every evening you will be entertained by excellent animators. I highly recommend visiting all the animations, especially the «Fire show», where you will be shown exciting and complex tricks with fire. At the "Miss and Mr. Hotel" animations, you can be a participant and take part in entertaining contests. During the day, you won't have time to be bored, because in the morning the animators arrange a workout, in the afternoon, moving "aqua aerobics" in the pool and soothing yoga on the grass. This is not just a vacation, but a PLEASURE, I recommend everyone to visit this hotel, it will definitely leave you with an unforgettable impression.

The rooms are clean, the housekeepers Ahmad and Hatem are nice guys, helpful. At restaurant, Moatz is helpful too, always offers help. No words, simply perfect. Very close to SOHO Square, no need taxi, also very close to Basata cafe. Hakim security manager at Grand hotels also a good man, helpful, a final warm thanks to Yana works guest relations, she helped a lot, speeding up processes , very caring person, i appreciate and respect, i have been in different hotels , i am already third time in this hotel and i will keep choosing it

2nd time visit. Everyone at the hotel is welcoming and friendly. The restaurant staff work so hard to make your stay and whole experience good. Food is fantastic and the area is ideal. We will be coming back for sure. Really looking forward to our return trip later in the year

Hussein in the restaurant was amazing and always had a smile on his face. Excellent service. Ahmed the cleaner was also great and kept our room nice and with flowered towels. Soho Square 10mins walk max and Naama bay is a taxi ride. Beach and pool areas are accommodating. Spa is good for massage.

I had an incredibly enjoyable experience during my stay at the Grand Oasis Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and I would like to share a positive review. The hotel is extremely clean and peaceful, and the staff's hospitality was exceptional. I am thankful to them for making me and my family happy, even though it was our fourth stay at the hotel. Every time feels like the first time, and that's remarkable. I would like to express my gratitude to the respectful Mr. Tamer, the Front Office Manager. He truly deserves his position, as he embodies ethics and sophistication to the fullest. Moreover, the very kind Mr. Yasser, the Restaurant Manager, deserves appreciation. He attends to every guest in the restaurant as if they were the only one, and his dedication is a great asset to the hotel. Also, the shuttle driver who tirelessly serves guests and Mr. Islam at the restaurant deserve recognition. This exceptional care that my family and I received from day one has made me immensely happy, and it's the reason for my next visit. I have stayed in many hotels in Sharm, this is by far my favourite. The service is excellent, the food is great and they cannot do enough to make your stay a memorable one. Still have a week left and I'm loving the resort.
