My son didn't want to go home! My mom's research paid off when she chose Hampton by Hilton Tawan. We made the perfect choice to bring our kids to Shenyang! Hilton's quality is truly reliable. The lobby looks classy. We stayed in a family suite on the 8th floor, which was incredibly spacious, with panda-themed sheets and pillows. The bathroom had a child-sized toilet seat and a small stool, so my kids could wash their faces and brush their teeth on their own. Since the service didn't close until 10 PM, we didn't have to rush. My kids even made their own fruit salad, which they absolutely loved. This stay was a fantastic experience. The two beautiful front desk staff, Xiao Shuang and Hu Sisi, were very helpful and provided us with directions and subway information for places we wanted to go. Since we had two rooms that were not on the same floor and were unavailable, we extended our stay today and wanted to change room types. Xiao Shuang was very considerate and arranged for both rooms to be on the same floor. After completing the check-in process, they even thoughtfully used a robot to bring the room card up to us, saving us the trouble of going downstairs to get the card. There will be traffic jams in the evening when the stalls are open, but the front desk will ask in advance whether you need to reserve a parking space. The overall service needs to be polished. There is no welcome fruit in the new store, and there is only water in the refrigerator. After asking, I was given two cans of drinks, but these should have been prepared in the refrigerator, right? The food delivery robot is too slow, and they should have more robots since there are more guest rooms. There was also a problem that the door could not be opened by swiping the card, which does not seem to be a low-probability event. Fortunately, the staff are patient and have a good attitude. The elevator door closing button shouldn't be so close to the alarm button. It's better to serve as a reminder, otherwise it's easy to touch it by mistake. No breakfast, no comment.

The glass wasn't very soundproof, so a lot of noise from outside, including fireworks at night, was picked up in the room. I initially thought it was the air conditioner or refrigerator.
