GGuest UserThe accommodation environment is very good, the photos are very good, and the pictures are very atmospheric. The service of Xiaoluxiaoqi at the front desk is very good. Parking is free. The decoration is the style I like~ The hotel is very good, clean, hygienic, and ventilated, especially the front desk service is very considerate. Breakfast is also very good. Very satisfied, clean and spotless, the room is very comfortable to live in, the breakfast is also very nice, the first choice for staying

GGuest UserFirst, the location, next to Tiexi Square, the subway, and transportation are very convenient. It is in a very old residential building. Opposite us is the window of the residential building, which is a bit close, and the curtains are basically never opened.
2. Facilities, 1. The parking lot is a very small yard, with a capacity of only six or seven cars. On the first day we checked in, we parked in the yard. When we came back the next night, we only had the alley roadside, but the guy at the front desk was very nice. OK, help confirm the location, very responsible.
2. There is a small book bar and small shop at the entrance, where you can choose pillows, aromatherapy, etc.
3. There is a small laundry room and gym on the first floor. As shown in the picture, they are not used and I will not comment. They look very convenient.
4. There are two charging ports in the room, as shown in the picture. Is the hair dryer very useful? The toilet is a smart toilet.
5. The facial cleanser and skin care products are from Watsons, and the TV is from Xiaomi.
6. The family room we stayed in was very clean and the two beds were very comfortable.
Third, service, the front desk added WeChat and responded 24 hours a day, which was very good. I asked about pillows when checking out. The little brother was worried that we would rush to the airport, so he added WeChat to help inquire about pillow types and links.
It would be better if you could have a choice of pillows when you check in. Of course, others may have them, but we haven't researched it, but the pillows in the room are very comfortable. We plan to buy one to use again. This is my first time staying with this brand, and the overall experience is good.

DDayuxiaodiAs a local couple from Shenyang who have experienced various hotels, Conrad is the only one we keep coming back to. It truly sets the benchmark for hotels in Northeast China! 👍 The dining, service, gym, pool, and views are all top-notch in Shenyang. We chose Conrad again for our anniversary.
The executive lounge benefits for two included delicious afternoon tea pastries, drinks, and cookies. Dinner was quite substantial, featuring curry lamb, seasonal vegetables, and freshly made noodles, along with several cocktails – definitely worth a staycation.
This was our first time bringing our child, and we discovered Conrad's solid wood kids' play area, which is really well-made and quite rare. I'm not a fan of ball pits; they don't seem very hygienic or safe. Our baby had a great time here, and it was relaxing for us parents too. The space is large and safe, truly worth bringing kids to. This setup allows one parent to take care of the child while the other enjoys swimming or working out, which is a lifesaver!
Conrad's swimming pool is a must-visit for me. The 28.5℃ constant temperature pool has an amazing environment and view. The gym is professional, clean, and very high-end, with an open layout rather than being cramped. You can work out every body part, and they've even added new equipment – fantastic! 👍
The executive rooms feature a round bathtub by the window, offering incredible views from the 80+ floor. You can even bring your favorite bubble bath.
The breakfast beef noodles are excellent! 👍 The roujiamo and sauerkraut pies are quite unique. The lunch roasted duck is great! 👍 And they offer salmon.
Finally, a huge thank you to Steven, Sarah, and Vera for their warm and thoughtful service. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests. The service at Conrad Shenyang is truly its soul! 👍 I recommend it to everyone visiting Shenyang.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays.
3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep.
4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night.
5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes.
Cons (Needs Significant Improvement):
1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand.
2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:**
* **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job.
* **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

MMr.A86The hotel is in prime location. It takes about 10 minutes to drive anywhere you like (main attractions and restaurants, parks, railway stations, etc.).
There is a night market is just behind the hotel. It has great food options for both adults and kids.
If don’t want to eat out you can order food online and the robot will deliver it to you (one of the features that we really like here in China). There is a Luckin Coffee next door as well.
The check-in and -out is smooth and prompt. Our room was upgraded (I am not sure what the real difference it made thought).
The breakfast area is small but food choices are varied. there is also a nice view if you sit by the window.
The lobby has some child-friendly activities where kids can play and socialize.
With that being said, the soundproofing is pretty bad and room cleanness is below average, i.e. there is dust on shelves, smudges on the floor, and hair in linen.
To top it up, there was a male guest in the lobby smoking like a chimney. There are signs everywhere that says smoking is forbidden. The man did not care and the staff did not interfere.
We were surprised to see such a high rating of this hotel via Trip. We would consider other options next time we are in Shenyang.

From the moment I walked in, I could feel the high-quality service. Amanda was warm and thoughtful, making the check-in process quick and efficient. She even thoughtfully upgraded my room, showing professional attention to detail.
The room experience was impeccable, and the view was great too. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the amenities were standard for a hotel of this caliber, making for a very pleasant stay. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent, ensuring a quality night's sleep.
The hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to Shenyang North Railway Station, which is perfect for both business trips and sightseeing.
Overall, the Shenyang Marriott Hotel excels in its facilities, service quality, dining, and location. Next time I come to Shenyang, this will definitely be my first choice! I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Shenyang.

The body scale ran out of power and could not be used. Not far from the highway exit, convenient for entering and leaving the city. Parking is also convenient. The hotel's restaurant is very convenient.
