GGuest UserI was really satisfied with this stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm. The service at the front desk was very professional, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also helped me carry my suitcase.
The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and elegant, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The sanitary conditions were also very good, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, and the details were done very well. The sound insulation of the hotel was very good, and it was very quiet at night, and there was no need to worry about being disturbed by noise.
The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was friendly, and it gave people a feeling of being at home.
In short, this stay was very pleasant and I strongly recommend this hotel! Looking forward to coming again next time

AAnonymous UserEvery time I go on a business trip, I like to stay in this quiet Atour Light Residence in a bustling city. The location is very convenient, very close to the subway entrance, and there are many snacks around, which is very convenient for both work and life. In terms of the check-in experience, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was also very good and the room was very simple. Suggestions: First, only a few rooms are equipped with refrigerators, and most rooms do not have them. In the hot summer, a small refrigerator in each room will greatly improve the quality of stay. Second, I hope the payment method can be like Jinan Atour, where you can place an order online and pay by credit card at the front desk, because there are standard check-in restrictions for business travelers and they need to swipe a credit card receipt. I hope this can be adjusted when I check in again. Thank you!

The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, and you need to transfer elevators there to reach the guest rooms. The room itself is spacious with good privacy and well-equipped facilities. The bed is very comfortable, and the view from the window is unobstructed and clear. The breakfast dining environment is pleasant, with a wide variety of food options and good taste. Helen, Elena, and Clara from Guest Services were all very friendly and accommodating – highly recommended!

Miki, the front desk attendant, was incredibly kind and thoughtful; she even offered to help me with my belongings. The check-in process was smooth and stress-free. The room itself was spacious and bright with excellent natural light, and the bed was so comfortable it instantly melted away a day's fatigue. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location is fantastic – just a short walk to the subway station and a night market nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is definitely my top choice!

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.
