1. Perfect location, has a famous food street nearby 2. Comfortable bed, stay, hot water is decent, no clogged bathroom 3. Free breakfast, supper (noddles & porridge), ice cream (1 per room per day, not by pax) 4. Friendly receptionists who multihat as ice cream scooper, delivery collect & return, laundry assist, food delivery to rooms & other q&a services. They are super busy, including midnight when everyone ordered food

Location This hotel is located right opposite Dongmen lao jie with all the food varieties and wholesale market. Easy navigates and alot of food choice and shopping spree. However, the main road is currently undergoing construction. Hence, I felt it is pretty troublesm if we want to book didi. We need to pull our luggage and wait by the roadside to flag taxi. Each time we go out, we get to cross the road and hold our kids hands tightly as the e-bike riders drive is pretty annoying. Service Staff are superb helpful and polite. Hotel guest is allow to order TB and deliver to the hotel. Hotel will assist to receive the parcel. Laundry services which I felt is the best service I ever had. And its FOC. We send our clothes to the laundry room to wash, hotel staff will help us to transfer to the dryer machine and send it to our hotel room accordingly. Thumbs up to this service. Cleanliness Satisfied and approved.

Had the best stay here for 3 days. Service by the hotel staffs is top notch. They can help receive your parcels and food deliveries and even send food deliveries to your room with the robot. Room amenities are great and complete too. The pressure of the shower is also very very very good! And love the heated toilet as well. Overall, had an amazing stay here and would love to stay here again

The hotel is awesome, welcome drinks is so warming when it’s cold weather. The hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. Always greet when you pass by the lobby. The bed is the most I love at this hotel. High quality pillow and bed. Even better than the big brand famous hotel I stay before. Will definitely will book Atour again when I back to China

Hotel is strategically and conveniently located with malls and 2 train stations for Line 1 and Line 9 within walking distance. The staff are professional and polite. The lobby is filled with a delightful fragrance that is fresh, clean, and uplifting, setting a welcoming atmosphere right from the entrance. Inside the room, the air feels crisp and neutral, completely odorless, contributing to a sense of comfort and cleanliness. The bedding is incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the beechwood incense offers a subtle, soothing scent that adds warmth to the room. Air conditioner operates quietly, with no disruptive noises or sounds, ensuring an undisturbed and peaceful environment. The air itself remains fresh and clean throughout the stay. The shower area is generously spacious, and the equipment is modern and well-maintained. The water temperature is perfectly regulated, providing a wonderfully comfortable and refreshing experience. Hotel breakfast are awesome with a wide variety of food selections. Overall, this stay has been extremely satisfying, with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and tranquility.

Spacious room with good coffee, amenities and TV. Good location. Comfy bed but quality of bedsheets can be improved.

The aircon is fixed at 25.5 degrees Celsius. I understand this might be the requirement from the government but in almost all other hotels I’ve stayed in Shenzhen, it could be actually set lower. I was sweating in my bed. Despite the hotel sending a repairmen to look at the rheostat, it was only slightly better. The shower’s water seal ***** had peeled off and this led to water flowing into the toilet/sleeping area. Yes, this is another one of those hotels where the bathroom area and the bedroom does not have any separation or door. The midnight snack included was alright. There was a selection of about 8 types of dim sum, two types of juice and some fruit, congee and noodle to choose from. It will be enough for those who skipped dinner but don’t expect any form of gourmet. The service was great and the reception was quick. Location is also just minutes away from the nearest metro station. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby and a McDonald’s next door. Luckin is just across the street if you like a more local coffee chain. It’s a shame that in this weather the condition of the aircon just made it a hard recommendation.

Though the reception staff doesn’t speak English, the way the staff treats customers is way better than I expected(I’m from Japan so I’m used to good service but I was surprised at their hospitality). Upon checking in they gave me hot tea and check in process was faster than 5 star hotel in China. The room was clean and has enough amenities. The fridge in the room had a bunch of water bottles, and even snacks which were free. They also have free laundry service, you just put your laundry in the basket and next day you wake up with your laundry washed and hung on the doorknob. When I left the hotel they even gave me a small gift and a water bottle.Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel, and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very near to Shenzhen World Exhibition. They provide their own hotel transportation to the exhibition which is very convenient for business travelers. They have amazing staff and housekeeping which provides us with new fresh bath towel daily, with fresh fruits and flowers everyday. We will definitely come over to stay again to this hotel. Travel time to airport takes around 20-30minutes drive which is very near compare staying in other cities.

I've book 2 rooms in this hotel for my family. The location is very good which between several malls and restaurants. However the facilities need to be improved. One of the room has not good smell, i need to required to change. Hope Atour will improve. But The reception attitude was good and enthusiastic. Beside hotel provided free ricesoup and dessert at night which was delicious. Basically i and my family has a good time in atour.
