I came to Shenzhen to visit friends, and the activities were all in Nanshan, so I finally chose this hotel. The location is in an industrial park, which is quite quiet, but it doesn't feel very close to the subway. It's estimated to be about 10 minutes' walk. But I was traveling by car those two days, so I'm not sure.
Let's talk about the room. When I booked it, only the better room types were left, so I was very satisfied overall. The room is very spacious, and everything is provided. The bedding is also from Atour. I sleep on Atour pillows at home, and I'm used to it.
There are just some points that can be improved. 1. The gym can put some dumbbells and separate it from the laundry room. When I run, I am always stared at by people who come to wash clothes, which is a bit uncomfortable. 2. Put hooks in the bathroom, otherwise I don't know where to hang the replacement clothes. 3. Put a trash can at the sink

Hotel is strategically and conveniently located with malls and 2 train stations for Line 1 and Line 9 within walking distance. The staff are professional and polite. The lobby is filled with a delightful fragrance that is fresh, clean, and uplifting, setting a welcoming atmosphere right from the entrance. Inside the room, the air feels crisp and neutral, completely odorless, contributing to a sense of comfort and cleanliness. The bedding is incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. It is an excellent hotel, and I had great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super. You can wash your clothes free in the hotel. The Metro Line 9 station is right outside the front door of the hotel. If you plan to go to Hong Kong Airport to take a flight, this hotel is close to the Shekou Cruise Line center where you can take the fast boat to the airport directly.

Hotel is located at the east square of Shenzhen high speed station. It's actually called Atour Light. The room was like pictured. The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier we were able to communicate using translation app. They helped me pick up a parcel from a locker which I'm very thankful. Only thing to note is that the bed is very firm. Their laundry facilities looked really good but I don't get to use them. Would recommend this hotel.

Thank you so much to the hotel staff. When I checked out, I had already booked my flight, but I couldn’t find the airport. I asked the front desk staff to check where the airport was located and even showed them my ticket, but they were at a loss. Later, they called a lady named Yuetong, who searched various addresses and finally confirmed that the airport was in Hong Kong. Since I didn’t have a Chinese payment method and only had cash on me, and I didn’t have a ride-hailing app or know how to get to the port to take a ferry to Hong Kong, I was in a difficult situation.
I turned to the hotel for help again, and Ms. Yuetong agreed without hesitation. After more than ten minutes of communication, she finally found a driver who accepted cash. She even helped carry my luggage and personally escorted me to the car. I thought the matter would end there, but due to my carelessness, I left my backpack in the taxi. Inside were my credit cards, passport, tablet, and other important documents—without them, I couldn’t even board my flight back home.
I rushed back to the hotel in a panic and sought help from the same staff member. She was incredibly responsible. Since all my cash was in that backpack, she even paid for the taxi to take me to the police station to file a report. Because I didn’t understand the process, she assisted me throughout the entire procedure, handling all the communication with great care. Later, through her persistent efforts—contacting the police, the ride-hailing platform’s customer service, and the taxi driver—she finally located my backpack. It turned out the driver had taken it back to Dongguan. The Dongguan police station required me to pick it up in person, so she arranged another taxi, set the destination, and personally accompanied me to Dongguan to retrieve my bag.
From morning until afternoon, she spent the entire day running around with me. I’m so grateful for Ms. Yuetong’s efforts—she went out of her way, spending both money and energy to help me. Although I missed my flight, this experience was truly unforgettable. The hotel staff handled everything meticulously and resolved every difficulty perfectly. I don’t even know how to thank her enough. I invited her to visit India someday so I can properly host her, and the next time I come to China for business, I will definitely stay at this hotel again—and recommend it to my friends as well.
The most horrible experienced in this hotel . Once I step into the hotel I notice they was a cat sitting on the reception checkin counter . I have cat phobia . I could not go to check in counter and I went into another side of the hall and wave for the staffs to help me . There were not busy as they were no guest during that hour. The staffs were not immediately aware even they were looking at me for some minutes. Then I told them in a louder voice I feared of cat . Then only one of the staff came to me . I told her I have phobia and could not check in the counter but she do not bother much and told me the cat is ok and seem reluctant to helped me . I told her I am seriously scared and only then she tried to take the cat away but non stop having the cat come out . The cat then chasing after me and causing me to running around but the staffs do not care much . It was around 20 minutes for the cat issued before they really took it away . I nearly faint and immediately I need to take medicine for heart and nervous breakdown. The manager then only appear after 20 minutes and assisted me to check in . There were 5 staffs but non of them were friendly and helpful plus giving me nonsense excuses . I told the manager this is not a pet friendly hotel and should not have cat around.

We have stayed 4 times in 4 different rooms on different floors.
We generally love the neat, modern rooms with practical items we need, like USB charging points and lighting that works consistently. The beds are comfy with 2 pillows to choose from. The tv only has CCTV channels but it is large with a clear reception.
The robot delivery for food orders works well and is better than room service in our opinion.
The room Aircon is typically good and has the power and ability to actually cool the room, unlike some other (more expensive) hotels we have stayed at in Shenzhen. However, during the latest stay, the Aircon wasn't quite as cold and took much longer to cool.
The breakfast range is decent, but we would like to see more vegetarian options with vegetable-based protein. The cooking could use a little less oil.
The breakfast staff are very friendly.
The location in the village is very practical, not super touristy, but does have nice coffee shops nearby. It is a short walk to the metro.
The gym isn't large but is decently equipped, with 2 treadmills, a bike, elliptical, free weights and a dual-cable adjustable weight system. The clothes washing facility is great.
