I came here to meet friends and booked a hotel. I was originally hesitating between a certain hotel and Hanting. I liked this hotel because it was newly opened in 2024, so I decided to book this hotel. The environment and facilities are really new and clean, and all supplies are in good condition. It's fully equipped and has good soundproofing. It's quiet and comfortable to live in. It's summer now. Although the air conditioner is blowing, the quilt is relatively thick and it's still a bit hot when sleeping. Breakfast is useless, mainly Chinese breakfast, a simple meal~

The hotel is clean and comfortable overall. The most important thing is that the shower has a top spray, which is more reassuring. The hotel service is awesome and very satisfactory. The noise in the morning is not as loud as expected, and it is acceptable. The lady also thoughtfully prepared disposable earplugs, although I didn't use them. In short, it's very nice!

The hotel is opposite this place, very close to Shenzhen North Station, just over 3 kilometers. The lady also warmly helped me upgrade to a superior king-size bed room. The room is very large, the accommodation is very good, and the service is also very good. When checking out, they also prepared a small gift very warmly. This is the warmest hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is convenient for traveling. There are many free parking spaces in the back, so it is a bit expensive. Everything else is good, but the front desk is very disappointing, with a poor image, no smile, and extremely unprofessional service! It is said that parking is free and I want to go out to play the next day, but the front desk said that if I drive out and then come back in, I will be charged, and I can only park for free once. So I won't drive the car. What a guy, I stayed for two days, and when I left, it showed a charge of 36? I ran back to the hotel to ask, and the front desk said that I had to go out for a while in the middle of parking for two days. What kind of logic? It is not okay to go out, and it is not okay not to go out. No matter how many days you stay, it should be free to enter and exit. It is puzzling! ! ! I have stayed in Hanting in many cities, and this one has the worst experience. Huazhu members can upgrade their rooms for free, but I asked and they didn't get it. Is it Shenzhen's sense of superiority? It is too unfriendly to customers. I will not stay at this hotel in the future

This hotel is very cost-effective, the room is very clean and the breakfast is also good. The location is very convenient, there are many small restaurants downstairs. The only problem is that the elevator is not only used by hotel guests, but also leads to other places. The inside of the elevator is a bit dirty. I hope it can be cleaned regularly to keep it hygienic.

The room is clean, tidy, convenient to travel, the subway station is out, the price is super high, and I will book Hanting Express Hotel in the future. The service attitude is good, the breakfast is clean and the taste is good.

The taxi took us from train station for 19 rmb. Check-in was fast. Got s free room upgrade.The subway station was only about 5 minutes away. There were many eating places on same street as hotel. Hotel manager was very good. We ended up staying another day. We even got free breakfast for 2 people. Most hotels you were lucky to get one free breakfast, most had no breakfast. The bed very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

It’s my first time staying at Hanting Hotel. It’s really close to the subway. It only takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway. It has just opened, so the interior decoration is very new. Although the king-size bed room is not big, the sense of space is good. The window I stayed in faced the street, but the soundproofing was no problem with the window closed, and the sleep quality was ok. The curtains and pillows in the room I stayed in were filled with a smell that I didn't know was from smoke or mold. Because the smell wasn't too strong, I thought it would go away quickly, but a day later, when I got home and smelled my pajamas, I still had that smell. Although there is a 🚭 sign in the room, why are ashtrays provided? There is only one food delivery robot in the whole hotel. My takeaway took half an hour to be delivered. It would be better if there were two more. The shopping malls in Buji are still not as complete and new as those in Futian, so I will still patronize Hanting in other locations in the future.

There are free washing machines and dryers, and the laundry detergent and disinfectant are neatly equipped. It takes 30 minutes to dry at high temperature, which is very convenient; 3. The service attitude of the staff is very good, and any problems will be solved in time; 4. The bedding is comfortable. Disadvantages: 1. The air conditioner is facing the bed, which caused me to catch a cold on the first night of my stay. I had a sore throat and cough throughout the trip (5 days); 2. The room occasionally smells of smoke. I don’t know if it is from other rooms because the windows are not tight or if a kitchen exhaust fan is close to the room window.
