房間枕頭，還挺舒服的，應該是他們品牌特色，還有上門洗衣烘乾服務，衞生間也很乾凈，整體來説住的很舒服，隔音效果也很棒。這次來深圳出差，維也納觀瀾長湖地鐵站店是我住的最舒服的了，酒店附近也有很多商店，吃東西，打車超級方便!地鐵口也跟進，

選擇這家酒店就是因為在龍華區府對面，就在主幹道上，交通很方便，往前走就是地鐵站，服務員服務很好，這兩天下雨每天都拿着雨傘在門口接送，進來還有一杯熱茶驅寒，也會主動提醒房間空調設定，房間很大熱水也很舒服，也很乾凈，是出差的好選擇

酒店整體環境舒適度很高，前台服務也很熱情❤️🔥，看我沒吃早餐主動打電話來問我，還把早餐直接幫我送到了樓上，很貼心，這幾天下雨，房間熱水也很足，回來沖涼洗去了一身疲憊，毛巾也很乾凈用的很放心，前台也有提供一次性壓縮毛巾，選擇性很多，很好，靠近地鐵站，到北站也很方便，高性價比好評

酒店大堂很乾凈，環境很好，服務到位，還有各種茶包，第一個就是我愛喝的，絕了，房間很寬敞整潔，周邊吃喝玩挺多的，旁邊美食城的銅鍋涮肉，特別地道，很推薦，還有茶餐廳，愛了愛了，下次來還住這裏，把沒吃完的店都吃一遍

幫家裡人訂的酒店，環境很好，因為有小朋友，酒店還送了小禮物，位置很好，旁邊還有個觀瀾古墟，酒店門口還有共享電瓶車，帶長者小孩去都玩的很開心，前台服務很好，看到我們有三個人，主動多送了一套洗漱用品，房間很乾凈，很棒

酒店前台很貼心，提前打電話給我告知深圳下雨帶好雨傘，到店後給我倒了杯熱茶，主動升級了房型服務態度很好，很有耐心，房間乾淨整潔，離深圳北站也衹有幾站，覺得北站周邊貴的也可以選擇這裏，離店還贈送了伴手禮，裏面有茉莉花茶，小吃，還貼心的放了酒精棉片，很值得推薦

房間舒適温馨，環境很好，服務員很專業，處理事情很效率，也很貼心，早餐送至房門口，還配有現磨咖啡，衞生間的用品齊全，乾淨，用的放心，位置也很好，靠近公司，靠近地鐵站，出行方便，客房服務人員看到我的衣服在沙發上，主動幫我拿去洗還送回房間，服務很好，出差住的很省心

週末出遊選擇了這邊，起初是因為價格很符合我的預期，剛好在觀瀾版畫基地遊玩，沒想到酒店環境非常好，挺讓人驚喜的，前台小姐姐服務超級好，我帶着小孩過來還準備了小盲盒，我女兒很喜歡，説下次還要來，訂的單人房也主動幫我換成了雙拼大床，住的很舒服，很乾凈，在這個優越的位置，性價比還是很高的，大堂茶飲區很棒
