The only good thing about this place was the location....
Could not find reception on arrival...we had to call him as he was not stationed there....
Toilet was block with toilet paper & had to remove it ourselves as it woud be too much trouble to call the guy again..

The overall room was very unclean. There was dust and small insects in many places. It was a very unpleasant experience. It was inconvenient to find this place. The location was not clear. It was very easy to touch the wrong door nail because there was no staff to notify the registration or front desk. It's also very private. If you have to be in a good mood, you may ring the wrong doorbell and affect other guests. You may get scolded. I don't recommend going there. The room is not very clean. It's only close to Dongmen Pedestrian Street.

This is my first time staying in a serviced apar**ent in Shenzhen. Overall, I feel pretty good. The location is good (near the East Gate), transportation and travel are convenient (two subway lines, many bus lines), and there are many shopping and dining options. The apar**ent room is large, with two large beds, and has good facilities such as a washing machine and refrigerator. The only regret is that the shower room is too small and there is a "little strong" in the kitchen.
