It looks better in the photo, I found cockroaches and the service was not good. I would not recommend it.

suitable for the price in a big city like Shenzhen. suitable for families, groups of friends when coming here for work, long-term travel

It is very good apartment hotel everything is ok, cleaning is very good location is excellent near metro station,Hassel free check in check out There is kitchen with gasstove is available but it's very small and toilet door is inside kitchen and one bedroom is great but another is very small , leaving room is enough big ,great stay and sure stay again

Hotel is easy to find and nicely located. Restaurants, shopping arcades, parks, MTR are all very close or within short walking distances. Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, well equipped (Gas cooker, cooking utensils, fridge, washing machine etc... Even a Home cinema) and quiet (Apart from 1 evening due to a noisy neighbor who was quickly asked to keep his noise down by the hotel management after I complained about it). Staff was welcoming, nice, very helpful. My stay was pleasant and hassle free. Will book again when around.

The subway entrance is just around the corner, the transportation is very convenient, there is a complete convenience store downstairs, which is very good, and the lady at the front desk is super nice, she upgraded the room for free, and also allows luggage storage, which is great, I love it so much, next time I come to play, I will book this hotel again!!!

My friend complained that he had bone pain all over his body while sleeping😥. The pillows on the bed were relatively thin. I am used to thicker pillows. I would like to ask if your hotel doesn’t have backup pillows? Am I asking too much?
