The deluxe family triple room is spacious with an amazing view. The facilities are clear and comfortable, and the beds are soft and clean. It made for a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Disappointed. Our son and us both booked the same room but our son got the good room as booked and we were put in a different hall area and a smaller room. We both paid the same price. Very disappointed. No reason we couldn't have been next to each other and we have the room we paid for.

What we booked is standard Twin Bed Room. However, when we checked in, they arranged us to stay at E -Sport Room without TV. The staffs told us due to overbooking of our required room type. Also, the mattress of the bed is so soft. It finally let my husband got sprine pain!! So bad!!So bad!!

The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer questions and even offer recommendations for nearby conveniences, which was great. Very satisfied, definitely a five-star review!

Located in a prime spot near Sea World and right by a subway station, the transportation here is super convenient. The room was spotless and tidy, the bathroom was pristine with no hidden grime, and the bedding was soft and smelled fresh. Even the remote control was wiped clean. The hotel's bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the location was excellent. It's just a few minutes' walk to Sea World, Sea World Metro Station, and Shuiwan Metro Station – super close!

Location of this hotel is about 15 minutes walk to Skekou market and about 10 minutes to Sea World. Although look dated, for the price, it's good to consider staying for a few days.

Service: I checked in at 5 AM without any luggage. There was a washer and dryer, so I washed my clothes after showering. I just greeted the front desk lady and went straight to sleep. She even brought my dried clothes to my door. Five-star review!
