We love this hotel very much, very clean, very spacious, very beautiful environment and location at sentosa was great, can go anywhere easily. It is very luxurious and every detail exceeded our expectations, full amenities provided, the food and drinks here are very delicious, the room is also elegant and relaxing, the staff are friendly and welcoming. We will recommend this place and will come here again soon.

We enjoyed our staycation here . The room is clean and the hot water shower is nice. So far the service is good.

The environment is clean and quiet, very cosy, very modern, very spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillow, really nice beautiful location and nice ambience in Sentosa, as we enjoy our stay very much, and eat the wide selection of food and drinks, also the staff are very friendly too, highly recommend to stay

Found a dead cockroach in the toilet when we woke up. Took 25 mins for staff to assist. Went for breakfast and came back to a second dead cockroach right outside our room.

Had a relaxing stay at Amara Sanctuary hotel. All staff were friendly, polite and ready to assist. Our room had a back door that opened up straight into a lap-pool, which was extremely convenient. Spotted a couple of peacocks on the premises too!

The not so fantastic experience stared when I stepped into the Amara Sanctuary Sentosa Resort. I was about to check in at the front desk when a man, not sure if he's hotel guest staff or security kept saying, "Check-out, check-out?" in a loud voice. I've not been to any hotel which used such unfriendly tone to talk to guests. I replied "No, check-in". He then asked how many and said take out all IDs in condescending manner. The hotel is obviously understaffed and the check-in staff doesn't greet guests and seems to be in a bad mood. While the space is nice with resort feel, the maintenance needs to be upkept. There were drain flies in the bathroom, the wall is like patchy with black marks, the laminate of the dressing table is chipped off and cuts my arm when I sat at the table. Ive requested for a cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary was only delivered after 7pm. The only staff whom was really friendly was MJ at the breakfast area. The whole place, including the restaurant is understaffed and I understand that the hotel is running full that day. We will need better service in the hospitality, please send your staff for training if they are lack of it. I will try other hotels like Capella, which is next to Amara Sanctuary and won't be back to this hotel again.

We booked the verandah suite but were disappointed as the balcony did not look anything like the picture we saw online. We mentioned this to the Reception staff and they were very helpful. They agreed that the balcony wasn't as advertised and upgraded us to a Couples' Suite which was really lovely. Food was excellent! Staff were really great. We had a lovely time, thank you!

There’s is cockroach inside the room toilet. Called to front desk need dial for few time then only someone to attend. Bad experience

My stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa was absolutely divine! 🏝️ This beautiful hotel exceeded all expectations and booking the executive room with a jacuzzi was a true blessing. 🛁 The warm welcome of sweets in our room paired with complimentary pillow lists, a Nespresso machine, and free mini bar drinks made us feel so pampered! 🍬☕ The king sized bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were like little clouds of heaven, leaving me feeling refreshed and well rested. 😴 The breakfast buffet was a delight, perfectly suiting my taste. I couldn’t resist going back for more of the crispy Belgian waffles and the fresh vibrant salad bar! 🥐🥗 Everything about this resort screamed luxury and relaxation and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Shuttle bus to bring guests to and fro is very useful

The staff are super friendly! Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating to our special request for the surprise we were giving to a friend! Breakfast was delightful and once again, greeted by friendly staff, always smiling and making us feels comfortable. Overall the stay was enjoyable and the room was clean (thanks to the hardworking housekeeping crew)! The pool was clean and view was beautiful! Minibar and snacks were complimentary - so generous of the hotel! Really enjoyed ourselves here~ Really loving the helpful hospitality provided by the staff in here :)

Check in time took slightly longer than 1 hour, specifically requested that it was a birthday celebration but there was no decorations or a slice of cake. Environment was peaceful though, felt a little different being surrounded by greenery

The staff were very nice and the snacks with drinks were free inside our room. The family room size is good and kids feel so good to enjoy western breakfast buffet. It is a 3-storey floor hotel.

Friendly staff, good hospitality, really good front desk staff. Peaceful atmosphere with a nice garden view from the balcony. We were even visited by a peacock in the morning.
