Back on another business trip, I didn't hesitate to choose this hotel again. The front desk staff, Jiajia and Xiao'ao, were professional and incredibly welcoming, and they even upgraded my room type from my previous stay! I still really appreciate the ambiance here, and my room was also very quiet. 💗💗💗

The room was clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. Cindy at the front desk provided incredibly attentive and thoughtful service! She was truly wonderful!

Extremely satisfied! 👍 We arrived late at night after a long journey from Hong Kong to Shenzhen. A huge thank you to Xiao Wang at the front desk for their exceptionally warm and helpful service. They not only upgraded our room but also provided complimentary breakfast vouchers for our child. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, stylish, and very convenient. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will definitely be back in the future!

I always choose Hilton hotels, as I trust branded establishments. They were incredibly thoughtful when I accidentally left my umbrella behind; they promptly helped me arrange for it to be sent back.

The room was excellent, very clean and tidy. However, what truly stood out and pleasantly surprised me was the breakfast service. Even though breakfast officially ended at 10 AM, just before closing time, a friendly staff member came over to remind us to take more food if we wanted. She even explicitly encouraged us to pack some to go, without any fuss. This level of thoughtful generosity truly speaks volumes about a quality hotel. Definitely deserves a big thumbs up! 👍

A comfortable stay at Hampton by Hilton Shenzhen North Station! It's an 8-minute walk to Tianhong Shopping Mall. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed, and the shower had excellent water pressure and a stable temperature. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the freshly made noodle soup and coffee were absolutely delicious. Eric at the front desk was friendly and efficient, and even kindly upgraded my room. Every detail was spot on. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenzhen!

The hotel boasts a superb location, with Rainbow Shopping Mall just a 10-minute walk away, making getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with luxurious, soft bedding, and are fully equipped with smart amenities, truly showcasing attention to detail and quality. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, and everything tasted amazing. Eric provided excellent service. This is undoubtedly the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended, it absolutely deserves a five-star rating!

The room was nice and clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great.

The Hilton's lobby was undoubtedly quite good, and the breakfast was decent too. I opted for the deluxe king room. It featured an impressively wide 2.7-meter bed, created by pushing two smaller beds together, and also came with a desk. The room itself was quite spacious and perfectly adequate. There were just two downsides: Firstly, the hotel is located near an elevated railway, so the subway trains passing by in the mornings and evenings can be quite loud. Those sensitive to noise should be aware. Secondly, in my particular room, the bathroom's floor drain kept dripping continuously for over ten minutes after I showered, which was also quite annoying.
