Very bad experience – not a real 4-star hotel I stayed at this hotel in Da Vinci and I’m very disappointed. When I checked in, everything seemed fine, but later when I asked reception for help, one of the staff members entered my room and after that, I noticed that money was missing from my bag. I reported it to reception, but they didn’t take me seriously, didn’t apologize, and were very disrespectful. The room was also very dirty – the bathtub had hair and was not cleaned properly. The wardrobe door was broken, and the bed setup was wrong. I booked a double bed, but it felt like a single one. The room only had two small pillows and didn’t match what a 4-star hotel should provide. The building looks nice from outside, but inside it’s terrible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I would not even give this hotel one star. I really regret spending my money here. Please be careful if you stay here — do not leave your bag or valuables unattended.

The hotel is very far from the city and the closest station in a 20 mins walk difficult if you have bags. The hotel is very basic No iron in the room and there was 1 iron in a room downstairs and so many people waiting to use it. The toilet door was jamming Not much toiletries provided had to ask for everything even water when we checked in Not worth the hefty rate they charged us

The hotel is nearby bus stop and behind the hotel there got urban train station. Thus accessible to the down town seamlessly. The room is very big, roof is high and provided large bed and bathroom.

It’s a silent place and even the rabbits are enjoying their stay in hotel’s park 🤗

The hotel it’s self is lovely! The location is ok it has a bus that gets you from hotel to the metro pretty much outside! We ordered a take away and needed a plate…. No plates aloud to be given 🤦♀️…. 1st room was floor 8! And it’s was adequate and pretty miserable in there so we requested a change which was floor 7 and it was pretty nice! It’s a quiet hotel! If you can walk 10 minutes it’s that long to the metro but the metro gets you everywhere with a city pass

Road to the hotel was a little weird, but the hotel itself is huge and has a nice parking lot where you can left your car. Rooms looked nice and clean, where you have everything you wanted from a hotel room. Given that it’s far from city center, we hoped that it will have a nice restaurant, the restaurant was nice but it didn’t have many options, and lots of things in their menu (including pizza) was unavailable. Phone in our room was not working so had to ask for room service to our room from reception, and had to go down again for them to pick up the tray, lost the meaning of the room service (which I paid ten euros for). Overall it was clean and as expected.

Never again! I stayed at Hotel Da Vinci in Milan and was absolutely disappointed. Just a few hours after checking out, I called the hotel to retrieve some forgotten items. I was able to describe exactly where they were left, but was told that “nothing was found.” This is highly questionable. Unfortunately, it gives the impression that lost or forgotten items are not handled honestly here. For a hotel of this category, that’s completely unacceptable. I have already sent several emails and received no response — let alone any form of compensation. I cannot recommend this hotel at all – especially if you value your belongings. This is not what good service looks like.

I was given a first room, the bathroom was is an unacceptable state, I was given a second room, the bathroom was even worse, hair in the bathroom. I was given an upgrade and an apology.

Got my car rear camera damaged while parking outside hotel. Someone tried to steal the luggage.

I arrived very late to this hotel. I chose it because it was close to a train station. It would have been fine if I had arrived on time as I could have taken the train from Malpensa, but flight was severely delayed, and by then, there were no trains. So I had to pay €140 for a taxi. It's not the fault of the hotel. However, once I arrived, I asked for the wifi and was told instructions were in the room. They were not. I tried calling downstairs, but the phone was unhooked and not working. I emailed them. Reply arrived in 20 minutes. When I was going to plug my phone, I realized all the connectors in the room would not fit my charger. So, to save time, I went downstairs and asked for a charger. The receptionist looked at me as if I had asked for an elephant. He said, "No, can not help." I went back to the room and switched my phone off... I have only made a reservation for 1 night, but I was expecting to be there for at least 3 more and I had said that at checkin. I was told no problem. In the morning, I got up very early and again went downstairs to ask for a charger. This time, there were 5 people at the desk, all again looking as if I asked for an elephant. All looked at each other, and one then said: we don't have chargers, we can't help. I found it extremely annoying! Because this is a convention type of huge hotel!!! They have never had someone with a charger problem? How come nobody can help! This hotel is in the middle of nowhere!!! I went back to the room and used whatever battery I had left to write down how to get to the places I needed to go that day. I took all my luggage and I am not coming back!!! Awful service. The next hotel i went to, they offered to lend me their charger, and thanks to that, I was a modern and civilised person again, but, for about 7 hours, I was back in the 90s!!! The Da Vinci Hotel did not care that I would have to negotiate the day without my mobile phone in a strange city. Not going back.

Very goood hotel always go and its best 4 stars hotel for everyone

We had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The surroundings were stunning, with breathtaking scenery that left us in awe. Every aspect of the resort was meticulously organized, creating a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed the expansive pool area, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Thank you for welcoming us so warmly; it truly made our visit unforgettable!
