經常住他們加酒店這次入住給我太失望了，直接差評，12月31號晚值班前台的服務員態度太差，叫前台打杯熱水也不給，難道給入住的客人打一杯熱水都不行嗎？再者這麼冷天這麼薄的被子加一張被子還需加錢？開暖氣太幹客人不想開暖氣，房間開暖氣也不暖，服務太差了
