The hotel's location is superb, offering excellent transport links. The Fumin Metro Station entrance is conveniently located right to the left of the hotel's main entrance, and Futian Checkpoint is approximately 2 kilometers away. There's also a shopping mall directly opposite the hotel, making it extremely convenient for leisure and entertainment. The lobby boasts an elegant ambiance, complete with comfortable seating areas and self-service tea for guests to relax. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant and smooth check-in experience. The room was spotlessly clean, bright, and well-lit with good natural light. It featured individual climate control and was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. For breakfast, the Chinese spread offered a rich variety of dishes, was nutritionally balanced, and tasted delicious. The overall stay experience was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was quite small; we stayed in the '05' room type for both nights. There was constant, loud demolition work happening outside. The young front desk staff had a very average service attitude. Being located in Huaqiangbei, many non-guests were seemingly using the first-floor lobby for meetings, and the hotel made no effort to manage this. The only redeeming qualities were the incredibly convenient transportation, with multiple subway lines accessible, and the wide array of dining choices available in the nearby shopping centers.

Good location, next to subway station, but not many shops or eatery around. The room is clean, peaceful and comfortable. Not much TV channels for foreigners.

Really enjoyable experience. A very friendly and helpful service staff. The hotel is new and clean. It’s got some very thoughtful features such as night sensor lights for going to the bathroom at night and a lights in the toilet so you don’t need to fumble around for lights and wake your roommate up. It’s very convenient right next to the metro station Liantang. Also walking distance to the Wutong Shan trails. Many food options nearby! The buffet breakfast was a really good price for a nice variety of food options. Good hygiene and fresh ingredients for the food.

Excellent stay! Even in humid Shenzhen, the room felt pleasantly dry. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I always choose Ji Hotel for my business trips because it's consistently reliable and gives me peace of mind. I was pleasantly surprised to discover my room had a mountain view – what a great bonus! The location is superb, within easy walking distance of Shenzhen North Station. There's also a Shi Mo Chang Fen (rice noodle roll) shop nearby that's absolutely delicious; I ended up eating there two days in a row! The room was quiet, ensuring a really good night's sleep.

This Ji Hotel is truly an absolute gem! It's conveniently located right in the Huaqiangbei commercial district, surrounded by countless options for dining, entertainment, and shopping – perfect for avid shoppers like myself. The rooms are impeccably clean with thoughtful touches throughout. The toiletries are their custom brand 'Dongfang Shuyang', which have a light, pleasant fragrance and left my hair feeling incredibly smooth. What's more, they offer robot service, which is both fun and convenient, adding a super high-tech feel to the stay!

From the lobby to the rooms, a minimalist yet sophisticated Oriental charm permeates every corner. The thoughtful use of bamboo, wood, and stone truly creates a serene and peaceful ambiance. The room itself was well-lit, featuring a practical layout and a strong sense of spaciousness. I particularly appreciated the small tea station, complete with complimentary tea bags, which added a lovely touch of elegance. The mattress offered the perfect balance of softness and firmness, providing excellent support, and I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom featured a practical wet/dry separation, and the in-house brand toiletries had a refreshingly subtle scent. The complimentary self-service laundry room was incredibly practical and a huge plus for long-term travelers. Overall, the experience was comfortable, convenient, and of high quality. Ji Hotel truly excels in its thoughtful design philosophy and genuine guest care, which left a lasting impression.

I love this hotel. Its super cozy to stay and very comfort for sleeping. The location of the hotel is very near the mall and it wont too noisy at night. Just few minutes walk you can reach the largest mall in the district and 15 minutes walk to the metro station. The hotel has its private elevator to reach each floor, very secured in the evening! Worth to suggest!

The hotel is brand new, with spacious and immaculately clean rooms. Its location is excellent, conveniently close to Luohu Dongmen, making food delivery very easy. All the staff, from the front desk to the room attendants, were incredibly warm and helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and a staff member at the front desk was especially considerate, helping us with our bags and even opening doors. They even gave us a small complimentary gift upon check-out. Highly recommended; we will definitely stay here again!

Clean, sanitary, tidy, you can make tea, there are floor-to-ceiling windows, and there are delivery robots for takeout. The experience of this hotel exceeded expectations! The reception was friendly and professional and the rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. The bedding is soft and comfortable, with good sound insulation. Convenient transportation, within walking distance to the subway station. Meticulous service is impeccable, cost-effective
