The hotel gives people a home-like feeling from the inside to the outside. The whole hotel is tastefully decorated and very clean. All the staff are very polite, especially Wendy at the front desk. When she learned that we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, she took the initiative to arrange for a late check-out, helped upgrade the room and delivered breakfast. The front desk manager also personally congratulated us and arranged a welcome drink and exquisite desserts at the Lobby Cafe, which was very thoughtful. The room is located on a high floor, very spacious, with a unique layout, facing the garden reservoir, a large bathtub, a comfortable bed, and a coffee machine. Dinner was a buffet, especially the braised abalone and dim sum, which were very delicate and delicious. After dinner, we took a walk on the outdoor platform. The weather was not good and it rained for quite a long time, as if suggesting that we should stay in the hotel and enjoy and relax. This package is very good value, five-star accommodation and service, highly recommended, will definitely stay again during holidays.
