The room is simple and clean. Basic amenities is fulfilled. Somehow the feeling of the place is one word OLD. If you are expecting a grand entry. This is not the place to expect. Paying the premium price for the hotel is solely for convenience for flight in the airport. You may proceed to level 3 of the hotel to walk over to the airport for departure. The restaurants in the hotel is serving premium dishes. Nice environment and the food is tasty, if you don't mind the premium. Overall is an average experience as its meant solely for flight. The premium paid just not justify if you are staying in Shenzhen Futian or Luohu. Probably gotta wake up a few hrs earlier. Well you can catch a few winks in flight. If not what better stuff to do in flight stuck in the chair. Lolz. Cheers! Happy Flying!

Best airport hotel i have ever stay. Free upgrade for us to room with kichen and living room, comfortable bed and clean room + toilet. Friendly staff with good breakfast. Just 2mins walk away for next day flight, without crossing the roads, all indoor all the way to the departure hall. Best hotel for transit or next day flight. Quiet room. No smoking smell.

My flight arrived in the middle of the night, around  00.30. Hotel picked me up privately. Free of charge. Arrived hotel around 01.00, 3 front office staffs,  gave  very warm full of smiles faces. And when I enterd the room, WOW. Very spacious, newly renovated and clean. Honestly, when I booked the hotel, with this price, I had very low expectation. Breakfast included, although only simple meals, all fresh cooked and tasted good. I only booked for one night, but ended up stayed for a week there. And also went back there one day before my flight back home. If the location was not far from city centre I would stay there for my whole trip in Shenzhen. When you book hotels via online, usually everything looks nicer than the reality.  However, Shenzhen Airport Hotel gives you beyond expectation experience. I'm very satisfied with Shenzhen Airport Hotel. I think I will give 5 * ++ rating if possible. Definitely will come back again next time.

I rarely choose Jinjiang, but this store has an airport drop-off service every hour, and is very close to the nearby snack street. The most important thing is that it has just opened and is relatively new, so I chose this store. The overall room is small, but although the room is small, it is well-equipped with everything and everything. It is suitable for a person to stay one night before a flight. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I don't know if the variety is complete, but the front desk clerk in the morning was still a little bit worse than the one in Ji'an. When asked if the shuttle bus would leave on time, he was very rigid and emphasized that he would send it when it was on time. As a result, we got down early and had to wait for the driver; when I asked if there was coffee, I directly said that breakfast would end at 9:30. In fact, the coffee machine was right there. It would be better if there was a little more proactive service spirit.

Well this is a hole. I don't understand where the good reviews come from. Pros: proximity to the metro, this is a gastronomic street. Clean bed linen. That's probably all. Of the minuses: it’s close to the metro, but you can’t get there from the airport. This is not the 11th metro line. Perhaps there is some way by metro, but we didn’t find it. There is no elevator. Carrying things up the stairs. It was difficult to find, opposite the Vienna Hotel. The room is smoky. The hallway has dirty carpets and is smoky. Because gastronomic street, the smells of food and cigarettes emanate from the window. The toilet in some rooms is like a hole in the floor. There are toilets, but not everywhere. Transparent wall between the bedroom and the toilet-shower. I did not understand this designer's intention. I wanted to leave as soon as I entered the room. It's a pity that it was paid for.

Much better than expected. It's clean and tidy, and it's not cramped for one person to live in. The bathroom facilities are in good condition. The front desk staff will note the departure time and will take the initiative to call when the car arrives. The only drawback is that it costs money to rent a charger. It is worth recommending. It is really close to the airport. Once the driver starts the car, it takes about 13 to 4 minutes to get to the airport!
