Much more than expected. It's an impressive hotel that I want to tell others about. The location of the hotel is not far from JR Shizuoka Station, just a 10-minute walk. The room I requested was on a high floor. I got a room on the top floor. Plus a very beautiful view. The room, although small by Japanese standards, is clean and has all the amenities. I sleep well Because there is no noise at all. The hotel also provides breakfast and coffee and tea. The staff provide very good service. Always giving advice and helping as well. Asked for warm water because I wasn't feeling well even though it was already past check-out time. But she hurriedly went to find it for me. Like this, it's a good hotel that should be shared and recommended.

I only chose this hotel because breakfast was included. But breakfast was terrible. When you think of hotel breakfast, it is usually buffet. But here it is set meal, but such small portions that buying 300 yen lunch box from supermarket will be more fulfilling. I asked if I can have more food, and they said no. If you are leisure traveler in Shizuoka for Mountain Fuji looking for cheap hotels, just stay in mountain Fuji. If you want cheap business hotels in Shizuoka, go find cheaper hotels, there are many other options available for that too. Personally I would have preferred to stay in the mountain Fuji, because it was noisy in this hotel room with engine noises endlessly coming from somewhere. Maybe that is what city is. Noisy.

Staff are super friendly and kind. Breakfast is pre packaged so you can’t choose what you want but it’s included in the room rate which is really cool. The rooms are clean and the baths are half size but very deep which are really relaxing to soak in. The beds are a little in the hard side but comfortable to sleep on. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was a lovely break between Kyoto and and Tokyo, sadly it was very wet and cloudy the time I was here so I was not able to see Mt Fuji as planned but there’s lots of other stuff in the area, like the beach and toro ruins you can visit instead!

The room is too small. I don't know if the price is the same in Japan. The front desk can communicate in English. There are all the necessary facilities, but I don't know why my wifi is broken. However, this price is very good for living in Yamanakako Village.

Convenient location, breakfast included but only two sets to choose from, clean place but only once every three days, trash and towels need to be put in bags and placed at the door, average service, I probably won't go there again next time

Good. The room is clean, fully equipped, near the station. On the opposite side, there is a school sports field. It is fun to watch the students play football. During the cherry blossom season, there are cherry trees in the garden in front of the hotel. I like it.

The room is OK, it has everything you need and is very cost-effective. It is not far from Miho no Matsubara, and most importantly, the lady at the front desk is very cute!

Trip.com has photos of Japanese and Western-style rooms for booking a regular double room. After booking, I asked for a Japanese-style room, but the hotel said it depends on the availability at the time. So I checked in at the hotel around 3pm after landing at the airport, but the staff said they could only provide Western-style rooms. If I wanted a Japanese-style room, I would have to pay extra! After a long fuss, we were finally offered a Japanese-style room, but they told us to be careful not to put our luggage on the tatami! Foreign tourists are generally assigned Western-style rooms. The Japanese-style room feels comfortable and clean. It includes a simple breakfast. There are many restaurants, large shopping malls, and Surugaya main store nearby on foot! I will choose this hotel again when I go to Jing again. I hope Trip.com can directly choose the Japanese-style room!

It was inconvenient to have to turn the water on and off for the sink and shower, but it was clean and the room was big for an old-fashioned hotel, which was nice! The staff were all friendly, and it was close to both Shizuoka Station and Shin-Shizuoka Station, so it was convenient to go anywhere. ㅎㅎ

Close to Shizuoka Station and New Shizuoka Station There is a convenience store 5 minutes walk But there are several steps in front of the hotel, which makes it a bit inconvenient to carry large luggage In addition, before booking I knew it was a more historic hotel But I didn't expect that the door of the room was even with a traditional key The breakfast was no surprise or disappointment because the pattern of breakfast was known beforehand There is a coffee machine provided, but the quality of the coffee is lost and I dare not drink a second cup The room is clean and tidy, check-in time is January, the temperature is below 10 degrees, the room only provides heating, I think the whole night on the heating is more difficult to breathe, fortunately the window can open itself, so stay two nights Turn on the heater, just open the window a little, already sleep very comfortably

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was good, close to Shizuoka Station. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The double room is not big, but not too crowded either. The breakfast is very rich, and the curry and rice porridge are delicious. It is close to the station, shopping malls, and there are many izakayas nearby, but the hotel itself is in a very quiet location.
