施設の古さに対して金額が高すぎる。

清潔感が無いわけではないが、基本的にホテル客室の設備が古すぎる。ドレッサーのデスクやベッドベッドボードなどはグレーの事務デスクに使用されている物と同じ塗装や素材で気持ちが暗くなった。合宿等での利用なら我慢出来るが、現行のビジネスホテルと較べるとかなり古い感じが否めない。立地自体は良いからなのか宿泊料は新しいビジネスホテル並みに高い。チェックイン後、部屋に居る気分にれなくて他のホテルのキャンセル問合せして予約してから、直ぐにチェックアウトさせて頂きました。20分部屋に居れませんでした。

駅から近く、アーケード街の入り口からすぐでコンビニもひと区画内にあり何かと便利。施設の駐車場もあるが、近くにもっと安価な民間駐車場もあったのでそちらを利用した。部屋は他の部屋の生活音が聞こえやすく平均よりも防音が少し弱そう。コンセントが少なくテーブルタップ持参が必須。入室時に鍵を開けるのには両手が必要です。

サッカー観戦のため、１泊利用。深夜遅くのチェックインにも関わらず、丁寧に受付いただきました。お部屋はオーソドックスですが、不自由することはない設備。空調がHIGH,MID,LOWだけでしか選べず、暑い夜をしのぐのに調整でやや苦労しました。バスルームも清潔に管理され、問題なし。朝食は朝７時からでしたが、他の客との距離が取られ、配膳されて美味しくいただきました。施設全般古いホテルなのでそれなりですが、清水駅前で安価に泊まれるし、観光にも便利な立地です。

浴室の清掃が全く出来ておらず、体毛が浴槽に付着していました。ボディーソープ等が壁に備え付けでついていましたが、清掃状況を見て使う気になれず、試しに壁との隙間にシャワーをかけて見たところ、黒カビの塊がボロボロと流れ出て来ました。(写真を添付しますが、汚物はひどすぎるのでやめておきます。）
気付いたのが深夜だったので仕方なく泊まりましたが、
とても不快過ぎて睡眠もとれず、日の出とともに抗議してチェックアウトしました。(申し訳ございませんですまされました。）二度と行きたくありませんし、返金を求めたいです。
近くに新しいホテルがたくさんありましたので。そちらをお勧めします。

到着が遅くなったのですがわざわざ連絡をくださり、到着時刻を連絡すると待ってくれていました。駐車場の案内までしてくれて、とても親切でした。部屋も綺麗でよかったです。

普通のビジネスホテルです、寝るだけなら充分です。 ただ、夏なのにあの布団（上掛け）は冬物では？と思うほど厚みのある重たい物でした。当然外してシーツのみにして休ませてもらいました。それとトイレのウォシュレットも故障してましたね。 良い点を挙げれば、室内は古いですが清潔感はありますね。
