"Wonderful Stay with Truly Thoughtful Service We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto. Everything about our experience was excellent, from the spacious and comfortable room to the attentive and professional service throughout our stay. One detail we especially appreciated was that one of the two toilets in our room was equipped with a bidet-style washlet. This is still relatively uncommon in North American hotels, and as Japanese guests, we found it particularly convenient and thoughtful. What impressed us most, however, was the warmth of the housekeeping service. Our housekeeping attendant left us a handwritten note thanking us for choosing The Ritz-Carlton and wishing us a pleasant stay. It was a simple gesture, but it felt genuinely personal and made us feel very welcome. I have included a photo of the note because it perfectly captures the thoughtful hospitality we experienced. The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto combines excellent facilities and comfort with sincere, personal service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return the next time we visit Toronto.
