"Very nice staff and extremely close to the monastery entrance without the noise being too bad, tucked round a corner off the main drag. The rooms are spacious and comfortable - the only issue we had was no hot water for the first night/ morning - after we spoke to the lady at reception it was fine for the remainder of our stay. The bar area is nice, we didn't try the food but very cosy for drinks."

"Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, we happened to encounter hail and heavy rain, and the B&B is located on high ground and was not flooded, so the location actually became a benefit of this stay. The bathroom is generally not good, but it is still okay for a simple one-night stay."

"We opted for tent camping on the Sangke Grassland during the Gannan Loop! It was a unique experience. The campsite had a one-on-one butler, and a friendly staff member helped us with our luggage both during check-in and check-out. The service was excellent! The breakfast was simple, as shown in the picture, but it was filling. The campsite had a beautiful view, and the campsite was relatively quiet on our arrival day, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and beautiful night. However, since it's on the grassland, there were plenty of flying insects, making it feel quite pristine!"

"Environment: The camp is in the grassland, away from the hustle and bustle. When the weather is good, the wooden house is really a fairy tale while taking advantage of the blue sky and white clouds! The stream is passing by, and the children can play by the river for a long time with water shoes. The hillside on the back is worth climbing up. There is a purple wild flower, so beautiful! Hardware: relatively new and clean, with air conditioning, electric blankets and separate bathrooms. It is complete in the grassland, but the air conditioning compressor is a bit noisy in the middle of the night! Service: Tibetan waiters are very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help carry luggage! The attic room is more novel. Children like it, but the space is much narrower than the parent-child room! If it weren't for the high anti-sleep, this stay experience would be more perfect ～"

"The dorm was very clean and equipped with a kettle, which was nice. I was the only guest during my stay. As mentioned in the other reviews, the dorm is located in the basement and you have to walk a bit to reach the toilet. The „shower“ is located across the front desk. It’s a small room where the hotel is storing their cleaning equipment, so showering there is a quite dirty and unpleasant experience. As there are so many dorms in the basement (I would guess 50+ beds), I wonder how they would handle the situation if the hotel is fully booked. Overall I would recommend staying there for one night, if you are not picky."

"The hotel is extremely close to the monastery. Some people at the reception speak english and they can book you a private tour to visit the grasslands and the monasteries outside the city that otherwise would be unreacheables for 400rmb per vehicle. The room is big and the beds are warm."
