GGuest User[I came to Gannan for business and passed by Labrang Monastery. I stopped there for one night to pray. I came to Dawa Village after seeing the good reviews! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The place is large and parking is convenient! The price is really good! They also gave us a ******* breakfast! The bedding is clean and the quilt is thick. The waiter Xiaoyao also gave us an electric heater. To be honest, this price is too good! The service attitude is good! Satisfied👍Satisfied👍! I will stay here next time! 】

GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and enthusiastic. It rained a lot at 9 o'clock in the evening. I waited for me at the navigation location. The actual location was about 100 meters more than the navigation location. You can park at the door, it is better to park early. The room is newly renovated, clean and tidy, the bed is wide enough, the hot water is very hot, don't worry about not having hot water to take a bath, that is, the store provides the small compressed towel, there is a paper towel size, shampoo, bath, hair and body are not enough.

MMWTZWe are a family of three generations of five people traveling and living in a large triple room.
Environment:  is a newly opened homestay this year. The facilities of the whole homestay are very new, with good lighting and a lot of space.
Hygiene: It is operated by the boss and his wife, and the hygiene is also cleaned by themselves. We lived for two days and saw that the proprietress had been cleaning the hygiene inside and outside. There are also many green plants in the yard. The bathroom is large and smart toilet.
The breakfast boss will cook fresh beef soup for Tibetan noodles. He will also share Tibetan dumplings to taste first.
Service: The boss and his wife are local Tibetan compatriots, very enthusiastic, take the initiative to carry luggage, chat, and eat fruit. They will also share local play guides, and share their fresh beef and mutton to eat with everyone. The guests have the needs and meet everyone as much as possible. For example, someone needs to add more quilts, and my mother wants to cook medicine, and she is very enthusiastic to help.
It is a typical Tibetan house courtyard, with strong walls, quiet and comfortable living. It is very suitable for a family of young and old, or friends, sitting around on the big table in the yard, chatting, eating and drinking tea.
Less than ten minutes walk from Labrang Temple. There are many choices for eating nearby.

GGuest UserI have seen too many free homestays. This homestay is the most satisfying homestay I have ever stayed in the West in recent years. There is no one, so I am willing to write an evaluation for it. From hardware to software, everything is online, from the boss to the staff (or family members) is full of sincerity. Although the location is a bit inconvenient, the hotel has helped guests reduce the trouble of loading and unloading luggage and parking as much as possible, and even some distressed young men take so much luggage. (I insist not to take it myself).
Breakfast is still relatively simple, it is recommended to be a little more rich, protein can be a little more, but very careful to match, even the tableware is very beautiful and very clean.
Breakfast does not include coffee, but it was quite unexpected to drink Dirty at the dining bar.
In terms of facilities, the furniture and storage space in the room are not too much, the space may be limited, but it is very clean, which is rare, and the bathroom sink is relatively large. The decoration on the first floor is very stylish, I really like the stay here! ! !

Location and Natural Beauty
The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip.
Service is in the Details
What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of ”hotel service.”

GGuest UserIt's in a small town, close to Xiahe Labrang Monastery and Sangke Grassland. The surrounding scenery is nice, the girl at the front desk is very friendly, and there's a man who I don't know if he's the boss or something, but he's also quite friendly. The only downside is that it gets quite noisy around 6 in the morning, and I don't know if it's the guests or the waiter... I forgot to take pictures. Overall, it's okay.

KKatja’sThis hotel is in a very good spot, opposite the river, away from the traffic and tourist groups. The restaurant offers great food and drinks. The personal is very friendly and helpful and the room looked very nice, ******* style , and the mattress was comfortable . Can recommend this place without hesitation.

GGuest UserThe dorm was very clean and equipped with a kettle, which was nice. I was the only guest during my stay. As mentioned in the other reviews, the dorm is located in the basement and you have to walk a bit to reach the toilet.
The „shower“ is located across the front desk. It’s a small room where the hotel is storing their cleaning equipment, so showering there is a quite dirty and unpleasant experience. As there are so many dorms in the basement (I would guess 50+ beds), I wonder how they would handle the situation if the hotel is fully booked.
Overall I would recommend staying there for one night, if you are not picky.

Hygiene: Hygiene is OK. I carried out bug-fighting activities with my children, and I killed 5 in 10 minutes. Win out. I don't know if it was mosquitoes or flies when I was a child.
Environment: Since the environment is newly opened, the window is open as soon as you enter the room. It is very strong sandalwood scent, and I don't care. It was not until I came back at night to close the window and go to bed at night that I felt that there was a strong smell of decoration in the house.
Service: The service is very good, the front desk is warm and responsive. The service will come again in the future.
Plus! Tucao early. I can accept any dish for me. Instant coffee is a death.

Then there is a small supermarket downstairs. There is also a vegetable and fruit shop across the road. Shopping is convenient. Breakfast is not bad. The disadvantage is that the house is a bit old. Some of the equipment is damaged, such as the door handle of the bathroom. We also encountered the problem of cold water shutdown the next morning. It was said that the main water pipe was faulty and affected the experience. In general, the price/performance ratio is OK.
