The architecture and soft decoration style of the ranch homestay reveal the restrained Tibetan aesthetic everywhere. The aesthetics of the manager are very ok. It is highly recommended ❤️ The weather was comfortable and cloudy in the afternoon of the check-in day. It was super fun to take the children to run, ride horses and chase sheep on the grass slope. It was another beautiful scenery to start raining in the evening. The most plus point is the service of the ranch. My trip to Gannan ended, and I've been home for two days now. I have to add this belated review today. Location and Natural Beauty The hotel is nestled on the edge of the Sangke Grassland, offering vast grassland scenery as soon as you step out the door. On our check-in day, the welcoming owner offered to take us for a walk by a nearby stream. Verdant grass lay beneath our feet, dotted with wildflowers, the stream gurgled, and in the distance, cattle and sheep strolled leisurely. It felt like stepping into an untouched natural landscape. This immersive experience, detached from the hustle and bustle of life, was one of the greatest surprises of the trip. Service is in the Details What touched us most was the owner's thoughtfulness. Due to our tight schedule the next day, we planned to depart at 7:30 AM. We had planned to skip breakfast, but the owner specifically inquired about our departure time the night before and prepared a hot breakfast the next morning. Bread, milk tea, and side dishes...the simple fare held the most simple warmth, making us feel like family on a cool morning. This selfless enthusiasm far exceeds expectations of ”hotel service.” Summary This isn't just a hotel offering accommodations; it's a warm, grassland inn. If you're looking for a place on the Sangke Grasslands where you can experience local hospitality, this is definitely worth choosing. The owner's sincerity and the beautiful grassland scenery will be the most unforgettable moments of your trip.

The Octagon Ancient City B&B is strategically located in the center of the ancient city. There is a parking lot in front of the door. The rooms are clean and tidy, especially the hotel owner is warm and hospitable, helping to pick up and carry luggage, and specially let us taste Tibetan-flavored pasta for dinner. Living in the homestay and the boss exchanged very happily, understanding the history and folk customs of the ancient city, let us meet very good new friends during the journey. I will introduce friends in the future.

This homestay is quite good, clean, hygienic and tidy. As soon as you enter the house, you know that the boss is a particular person. Although it is a public toilet, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, bath slippers, and even handkerchiefs by the wash basin are all white. Very good homestay, it is recommended, have the opportunity to come to Xiahe to come back to the second brush 😜

The service was so warm. They even presented us with Hada after we arrived. We were the only family staying in the hotel during the off-season in winter, but the service was not slack at all. The boss turned on the heating in our room in advance and prepared fresh yak yogurt, snacks and many other things. He really cared about us. I originally wanted to eat in the county town, but I ate directly in the hotel, which was also very good. The whole manor is very large. It is recommended that everyone stay here during the peak season. We will come again.

這家之前就來住過，對比本地其他酒店整體很不錯。離拉卜楞寺特別近，步行5分鐘就能到縣城中心，周邊吃飯的店也多。停車場是老闆自己家院子，停車很方便很安全，房間衞生收拾得乾乾淨淨，老闆人也熱情，還介紹桑科草原景點。每次朋友過來，我都會推薦住這家，下次過來還會考慮這兒。

When booking the hotel, I specifically checked other guests' reviews. It still exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse isn't located on the main street, but in an alley, near the Wuzelinka ******* Restaurant. We arrived at the guesthouse on the evening of the 2nd, and it was snowing that night. The owners and their family came out to pick us up—they were incredibly friendly! The two-story rooms were both very clean. Our electric blanket broke, and they bought us a new one the next day. They also always let us know before we went out or when we returned. Breakfast was home-style, with millet porridge, white eggs, etc. On my second day, I caught a cold and experienced some altitude sickness, and the guesthouse owner gave us medicine! In short, I recommend this guesthouse to everyone visiting Xiahe! The only downside was that our trip was a bit rushed, so I didn't take many photos of the guesthouse.

The room was nice overall, but the water was a bit cloudy and yellowish. I don't know if it's like that all over there!

This hotel is located on the 18th floor. The entrance was a bit messy, but I really like the hotel. It has a large screen TV, refrigerator, automatic toilet (the bidet didn't work because I wasn't familiar with how to use it), free drinking water, and automatic curtains. It's almost perfect.
