"The location is super convenient, really close to the airport and LiuXing Street. Plus, it's within walking distance to the bus station, which is great for connecting to other places. The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room. They also held onto our luggage after we checked out, which was a huge help!"

"This is a warm, clean, and conveniently located guesthouse—you can practically skip the crowds! The owners are a young couple who are incredibly hospitable. The courtyard is impeccably clean, cozy, and effortlessly inviting, making guests feel completely at ease. Staying at Banmu Xiaoshe greatly enhanced our Xinjiang trip. The bedding was comfortable, and the courtyard's location, situated between Liuxing Street and Kazan, makes it easy to get around. I highly recommend experiencing the pace of life in Yili, and if you're lucky, you might even get to try the owner's delicious cooking!"

"The room is great, newly renovated, the hygiene is up to standard, the decoration is also very good, very nice. The hotel's service attitude is very good. It was very late when we arrived on the day of check-in, but the front desk staff was very patient and upgraded my room type for free. They were also afraid that I couldn't find my room number and asked the staff to take me to my room. The soundproofing of the room was also very good, and I slept very comfortably at night."

"As a backpacker traveling through Yili and Xinjiang, this hotel was my favorite stay for many nights every time I come by the city if Yining. The location is great, close to both airport (7min taxi) and scenic area of the city (10min cycling) . It is always very clean, the AC is working fine. We can wash our clothes and if you need anything you can ask anytime anything the boss of this family home stay."

"I initially thought that a newly opened Hanting hotel would have good hygiene, but to my surprise, I found so much dust on the windowsill, nightstand, and desk (Image 1). The curtains didn't close properly, leaving a gap in the middle. On the day I checked in, the hotel had a power outage, so they gave me a temporary room to rest. However, they didn't inform me that I'd need to go to the front desk again later to complete the official check-in. I only found out when I went downstairs to pick up my takeout and asked for an extra room card. I hope they can improve the pre-job service training and Mandarin proficiency for their staff (regardless of ethnicity). I don't want to say too much that could hinder ethnic unity..."
