The front desk staff was very friendly and even upgraded our room. They also held onto our luggage after we checked out, which was a huge help!"

"The room was spotless. The owners were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and understanding. I had originally booked two nights, but due to an injury, I had to cancel one. The landlady wasn't upset at all; instead, she showed concern for my injury. The owner even let us try horse meat, and they arranged coffee for us before we left for the train station in the morning. When I needed to ship a child seat back, the landlady was very communicative and responsible throughout the whole process. There's also a complimentary airport shuttle service. The bedding in the room was very comfortable, and the little courtyard was decorated so warmly and cozily. There were many international guests. All in all, it was a very pleasant guesthouse. I'll definitely be back next time!"

"This guesthouse is near Liuxing Street, just two blocks away by Didi (ride-hailing service). There are plenty of restaurants around, offering a wide variety of options, including a complete breakfast. The owner is very welcoming and provides excellent service. Toiletries are provided, and the housekeeper keeps the place spotless. Disposable towels are also provided free of charge. The courtyard is blue and white, which looks quite nice. Most importantly, the housekeeper washed and dried my clothes for me, so I could wear them as soon as I got back – so thoughtful! I'll definitely come back next time. Where can you find such a great guesthouse? Hahaha!"

"This is a warm, clean, and conveniently located guesthouse—you can practically skip the crowds! The owners are a young couple who are incredibly hospitable. The courtyard is impeccably clean, cozy, and effortlessly inviting, making guests feel completely at ease. Staying at Banmu Xiaoshe greatly enhanced our Xinjiang trip. The bedding was comfortable, and the courtyard's location, situated between Liuxing Street and Kazan, makes it easy to get around. I highly recommend experiencing the pace of life in Yili, and if you're lucky, you might even get to try the owner's delicious cooking!"

"This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the city center around Six Star Street, with everything you could possibly need nearby – super convenient! I even ordered takeout late at night, and it still got delivered. As for the hotel itself, it's very new. The most unique feature is that the sink, toilet, and shower are all separated, creating a really spacious and functional bathroom. Their robot delivery service is also incredibly convenient; I ordered takeout four or five times, and it was always delivered promptly. The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast spread looked great. The broccoli was delicious, and so were the stir-fried bean sprouts. The staff provided excellent service, even giving us a small gift when we checked out. We stayed here on our way to visit Narat, and we really picked a great spot. I highly recommend this very new hotel!"
