Hotel was great. Staff were fabulous. But the housekeeping was really lacking.
This was our bathroom. Black mould everywhere and several jet black hairs (we are all blonde)
FIX YOUR Bathrooms!!! This was the question part of our stay!!
FYI food was great. Service was OK. Server was friendly but was a little distracted talking other staff and we were left waiting a while...
Pick up next morning was immaculate service. Unreal!! There at an instant ans super helpful

the best hotel in Manchester. My family and relatives enjoyed the whole couple day's in Manchester with fency gentle staying at this hotel. starting from the flower door welcome champagne and exclusive reception. the location is the most convenient city center. walk distance to all interest places and shopping mall. the decorations are pretty new and modern luxury style. rooms are clean big and warm as home.
Especially gratitude to Miss Kathyryn Chan who helps my teenage son with great efforts on the delivery coordination of football shoes. it deeply impressed the young generation as a good example of manner and conduct.
We’re off M56, a five-minute drive from Manchester International Airport. The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station.

Despite the word Airport being in the name, the actual airport is nowhere to be found—perhaps it took a holiday. My room came with a massive 55-inch Akai(!) telly, which was almost big enough to distract me from the equally massive gaps in the windows masquerading as ventilation.
I enjoyed my stay, truly. But would I book again? Hmm, let's just say I'd sooner take my chances with a budget airline's baggage policy.

Very Good
KKCcccccccccLocation is the best ; just next to the Piccadilly station. Spacious room ; comfy ! Very good ventilation and air conditioned! Quiet room! Unfortunately my room was on the first floor so passes-by could see us through the windows if we didn’t use the curtain.
Some stains were found on towels, in the bed sheets and on the dining table; luggage storage after check out needed a small fee in the storage room on the fifth floor;
In spite of these I will still come again when I need to get back to Manchester :-)

TTeck Meng IgnatiusI was pleasantly surprised when the room came equipped with a very complete kitchen. It had a microwave, coffee machine, induction stove, dishwasher, a real fridge and all sorts of utensils including scissors, can opener and microwavable bowls and dishes. The bed was supper huge and comfortable. The location was centralised and near to St Peters Square which has a tram stop and near to various bus stops.

TTom___I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester and I'm thrilled to share my experience. This hotel not only met but exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly memorable.
From the moment I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by warm and professional staff. The service here is top-notch. Every member of the staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They exemplify the essence of great hospitality.
A small yet impactful moment came when we realised we had forgotten our toothpaste. Without hesitation, we called room service, and to our pleasant surprise, before we even got back to our room, the toothpaste was there waiting for us. It's these small details and quick responses that set Hotel Brooklyn apart.
The breakfast at Hotel Brooklyn deserves a special mention. It was nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of food offered were impressive. From fresh pastries and cereals to a range of hot food, every item was delicious and well-prepared. It's a perfect start to the day, catering to all tastes and dietary needs.
Our room was a blend of comfort and style. It was well-appointed, clean, and spacious with a cozy and inviting ambiance. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring Manchester.
Hotel Brooklyn in Manchester is a gem. The combination of exceptional service, excellent food, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice. I left feeling completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester. It's a place where every detail is taken care of, leaving guests with a sense of luxury and relaxation.
In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Brooklyn was nothing short of perfect. It's a hotel that truly understands the needs of its guests and delivers on every front. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Manchester.

MMirko CN - NLNice and clean hotel .
Good location and excellent breakfast.
Only somehow the staf at the reception never greats you when you enter the hotel , they rather look at their screens . Its bit funny
KKhairahI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel during an event at AO Arena. The location was incredibly convenient, making it a breeze to access the arena. The room provided was spacious, offering ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the reasonable price, which made the overall experience even more satisfying. Additionally, the self-checkout mini store in the reception area stocked with a variety of snacks was a delightful touch. I found it convenient to grab a quick bite or indulge in some treats without having to venture far. Front desk were super friendly and quick, made the check-in and check out easy. With such positive experiences, I can confidently say that I will choose to revisit this hotel whenever I have another event at AO Arena.
AAngeline KhooI like how the room and location is.
Nonetheless, the concierge/reception area that checks you in will determine the 1st impression.
The staffs at the front desk aren’t that friendly and they do give me an attitude (in a bad way).
It was until the next morning , when I was checking out that I felt that the front desk manager was really very helpful and warm with customers. It’s a shame that the first impression is not what I’ve expected.
The breakfast spread is comprehensive. Atmosphere is also set to be English. I like the cultural aspect.
Room is comfortable. I’ll definitely stay there again but less the unfriendly staff at the front desk.

CCho HongThe hotel is sited at a very convenient location with just 3-min walk to Oxford Road station, the room is fine but the using of access cards is a little bit tricky and malfunction few times and we needed to request the reception to change a new one
Regardless of the flaw, everything’s fine and the breakfast is good, so it’s still worth to consider here for your stay considering their convenience in location and traffic

GgarethWhat an amazing building! So much character and history. Don't expect a brand new room, but it was perfectly acceptable. You can tell it's been a while since they were last refurbished, but for the cost of the room it was amazing. Despite my 3 star for cleanliness, the room was clean, sheets were fresh. I gave three because there was a bottle cap and random pill just under the bed.

GGuest UserOnly stayed here for a short trip with access to Piccadilly gardens. Great location to get around Manchester.
Basic hotel room, had kettle and hairdryer in room. No iron in room, but you could use the iron on the 6th floor
Didn’t use the onsite restaurant & bar etc due to other commitments
GGuest UserMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
So many thanks to the OUO house members for letting us stay in Middleton 😘
