"I have other hotels to compare this to, and I didn't like this one. We were initially given a smoking room, even though we specified non-smoking when booking! The receptionists were polite and immediately moved us to another room, but that one also smelled of cigarettes, as the smell came through the ventilation system. There was no blanket in the room either, and we had to ask the receptionist to bring one. The bathroom was awful; the shower leaked into the toilet, and the toilet bowl was dirty. We had to wipe the seat ourselves several times with wet wipes. A pub is located on the ground floor where they watch football. If we weren't on the 4th floor, we would have heard all the shouting. The only thing I liked was the English breakfast."

"Location is the best , long street full of variety of stores , restaurants and cafes, 3 to 4 minutes walk on the right is Markantalia mall and Muratpaşa station and 1000 years old Mosque. 5 to 7 minutes walk on the left is the Clock tower at the edge of old town Kaleici and Nostalgic Tram station . For the price room and bathroom was OK, wifi connection was very inconsistent. Guys at the reception are respectful and responding right away . A busy small hotel with ages old bedsheets and towels with stains. Overall stay was OK because of the quick responses from the staff . Hotel is nice and clean in the lobby, but they can do better in the rooms. Hot water ,heat always available. So for the price is a good choice."
