MMikhail IumashevA very pleasant place to stay! At Casamax Suites, I really appreciated the combination of comfort and a calm atmosphere — it’s a great place to relax after a busy day.
The rooms are bright, well-equipped, and have everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d especially like to highlight the comfortable bed and good soundproofing — sleeping there was truly comfortable.
The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel genuinely welcome. Cleanliness was also impressive — housekeeping is regular and done to a high standard.
Overall, it’s an excellent choice in terms of value for money. I can confidently recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserGood hotel, but not for a beach holiday!!! Gorgeous lobby and reception area!!! Great food and service!!! Absolutely not thought out territory, everything is very uncomfortable, bad pools and areas next to them, very bad mattresses and pillows, poor soundproofing of the rooms!!! You can only go here as a business hotel for 1-3 days!!! For the third day, we ask you to make us play a volleyball court, but only promises, everyone has already been crippled on it !!! I do not recommend this hotel for a beach holiday!

AAlex0050Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent. We had a spacious, modern room with a gorgeous view. The room has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable. Everything corresponds to the room selected on the website. I would like to note that the hotel is 18+, i.e. without children, good soundproofing, quiet, you can really relax. A good breakfast to choose from a special menu, everything is delicious, you can choose several dishes. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the sea, the hotel guests clearly enjoyed the breakfast and the view - a welcoming atmosphere. Special thanks to the hotel staff, they know their business, are friendly, they solved all the issues, checked us in quickly, all the documents were prepared for our arrival. The administrator speaks good Russian. The hotel has its own ”beach”, a place with sun loungers and descent into the sea, in the summer season it should be great to relax here.
The hotel is located near the old town, next to the city park, everything is within walking distance (sights, restaurants, shops).
We were 100% satisfied.

GGuest UserMy stay at Alp Paşa Hotel in Antalya was wonderful overall , the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town with that charming, historic Mediterranean atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, full of character, and offers great amenities for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to checkout.
The only downside was the noise level in my room, which was right next to the hotel bar. It was quite loud late into the night, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the bar area.
Apart from that, everything else was excellent, literally a perfect spot for anyone looking to experience Antalya’s Old Town with great service and authentic vibes.

QQIQINo breakfast, about a week before the trip, you need a credit card reservation room. I didn't see some hidden instructions. The result was deducted 10 euros. The city tax does not know what the ghost is, but the location of the hotel is very good. It is inside the Hadrian Gate. The street is very clean. The old area is very charming. My friend can let the front desk help with parking. Otherwise, the technology will be bad.

GGuest UserNice hotel with limited functionality of my aircon. Worked for two hours and then auto switch off. Told staff, no cure. Air con was not able to lower room temp to comfy level but it was hot outside (41C).
Elevators broke down several times during my week. Elevators did not go all the way to second floor
Apart from those troubles, restaurant and pool bar staff are super. Reception staff, kind of ignorant/nonchalant approach to complaints. It was kind of my own fault that temp was not comfy in the room because the room type I had chosen!
Hotel is nice and clean and modern. Pool is great.

AAnonymous UserHotel is good, we were given a spacious comfortable room. Hotel staff is very kind. On the beach with the negative did not face, very welcoming were. We were on weekdays, maybe associated with it. In the restaurant a very welcoming young guy, I don't remember the name. The last day there was no cleaning, just put the paper with towels, it wasn't very nice, as after the sea the floor in the room is packed in two days. In general the hotel remained satisfied.

HOWEVER, there used to be by far the worst hotel service I have ever experienced:
Only one bottle of water on the day of arrival!
No bottled; no water kettle! If you want water? Yeah, you need to “order it”!
Ok, then we bought the bottled water ourselves, the cleaning service even took the cups away!!! Only one cup( for tooth brush) in the room. What? We need to order the cups now?? Or you want to me to drink out of the bottle??
One of the hotel stuff was quite arrogant , when we asked for something, he just said “I don’t have anything “! Fine, it is perfectly ok if you don’t havey, BUT IT IS YOUR JOB to try to help!!! I don’t need a boss to give me instructions when I book a hotel!!!
