Светлана БорейкоWe stayed at the hotel from Jan 3rd to Jan 5th. We absolutely loved it. The hotel lobby is simply stunning, and the glass elevators are mesmerizing. We were on the 7th floor, closer to the 'nose of the airplane' section. We barely heard any road noise. The grounds are excellent, with lots of spots to walk, sit, or just stand around, plus a playground for kids. The wide beach strip probably has enough space for everyone in the summer. The crowd was more intimate, mostly older foreign guests. Perhaps it was off-season. The room wasn't huge, but everything was well-thought-out and functional. There's a coffee machine in the room, robes, and all the usual toiletries in the bathroom. The mini-bar is refilled regularly, all standard. The bars have good alcohol, and while the restaurant didn't offer super gourmet dishes, the food was delicious – you won't go hungry. The staff are friendly and really try their best. We enjoyed our stay; the off-season price was very reasonable. I recommend it and would love to return in the summer.

This was our first hotel in Turkey, and it was an all-inclusive, though we only booked two meals. Both breakfast and dinner were the most varied and abundant we've had on this trip so far; there were so many dishes I didn't even know the names of. Beverages and alcohol cost extra, but tea, coffee, and water were self-service. The room itself was pretty standard. The main complaint was the air conditioning; we visited in February, and the AC was blasting out heat incredibly strong, and we couldn't adjust the temperature or even turn it off. During our stay, we met other Chinese guests who had the same issue with the temperature and were denied a room change. It seems the entire hotel has the same fixed temperature.

I've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service.
Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine.
The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard.
The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily.
I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu.
Otherwise, everything was great.
The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.

Anonymous UserI chose this hotel based on reviews and its affiliation with a well-known chain. Overall, it's not bad. I liked the room style, and the mattress was very soft, so I slept well. It's great that there's a balcony where you can watch planes fly by in the evening. It wasn't noisy at all, and it didn't disturb my sleep.
We didn't try the food at the hotel restaurant, as the selection didn't appeal to us. We also didn't find anything appetizing at the buffet, and for the same price, we had an excellent meal at a restaurant near the hotel instead.
The hotel's location is close to the airport, making it suitable for those using it as a transit point. There's a rooftop pool, but it was too cold, so we didn't swim.
As for the downsides, there was only one tea bag in the room and no complimentary water. When I asked about water, I was directed to the bar. We ended up buying water at the supermarket.
I'd give the hotel a generous 3 out of 5, it just lacks a certain warmth. We probably won't stay here again; we'll look for somewhere else.

Guest UserArrived and got a room in the annex while I had reserved in the main building; I had to pay an extra 30 euros per night! Rip-off. After discussing it, it was 15 euros per night... so I had to pay 210 extra.
Heard that they charged 40 per night at other places...
I also found the shitty downside to the room cleaning; it wasn't top-notch.
After 6 days, I asked the cleaning staff if they could clean my floor because there had been dirt on the ground for 6 days.
The food is perfect... just like the pools and the beach.
I'm coming here for the fourth time, but this year almost all the staff are unfriendly... very unfortunate, so no tip either.

The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me.
However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away.
The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me.
In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

Lovely hotel building and it is right next to the beach, only downside is that the aircon never seemed to work. It was on the lowest but it never cooled the room. Most of the staff were lovely and friendly, however the staff in the 10th floor restaurant could have been a bit friendlier and more responsive. The hotel has a nice pool area, with a good happy hour.
