有個前台要提高服務態度，我那天晚上半夜對面房間十幾個人，打開房間門特別吵，在走廊上打打鬧鬧，我打前台電話沒接，我第二天退房的時候反應這個事，我説要給差評，前台一臉無所謂的態度，也沒有對我反應的事情給迴應，差評，太吵了
